There are only three tracks on there that are definite listens for me on a regular basis:
Otis, Welcome to the Jungle and....the Paris one.
Those three are my faves, the rest are relatively meh to me.

This guy's been putting out solid music since 1997. he had a major label deal for about 1-2 of those years. His debut (MayDay) is in my top 5 albums of all time. And every album since has been great.

Am I the only one who thinks Kanye West, as a rapper, is complete and utter garbage? Production-wise, his records are great.... but the words coming out of this man's mouth are just disgraceful, in my opinion.
In fact, I think he's such crap that when his new album, "Watch The Throne" was announced, I thought the throne he was talking about was a toilet.

Everything about Kanye West is garbage - his abuse of autotune is a crime against humanity, about on par with the Holocaust (and no, I'm not trivializing Hitler's attempted genocide of the Jews whatsoever with that statement...)

I went back and relistened. These are definitely some of the stronger tracks. Maybe it'll take a few more go-arounds, but I'm still not hyping it.

I like several guys who use autotune way more than Kanye, so for me I don't think my problems with his stuff have anything to do with that.

Squarepusher presents Shobaleader One: d'Demonstrator
Plug Me In
Laser Rock
Abstract Lover
Sounds like R&B has finally been brought into the 21st century by a most unlikely source and fused with 70's synth rock - this is a huge departure from Squarepusher's usual sound, but it's really starting to grow on me... I have a feeling this album is going to be a game-changer for electronic music.

Not bad. I still prefer old Squarepusher but not bad. They're definitely going the Daft Punk direction which is probably smart. Daft Punk is one of the few electronic groups Americans actually listen to.

Played at the same festival as Tommy Emmanuel last weekend... actually got to meet him too. He knows the guitar player I've been playing for and came up to us at a restaurant. Craaaazy.
He is a god on the guitar.

Led Zeppelin -- 1-4, Houses of the Holy, Presences, Physical Graffiti, In through the Out Door and even Coda....
....my little sister gave me 'the complete studio recordings'. I'm so happy....I haven't had any Zeppelin other than a 'best of' album since I moved from cassette to CDs.

Been listening to tons of Stan Rogers's last album, released the year after his untimely death in 1983. And in my opinion, his best album. "The Lock-Keeper" is just an amazing song.
"'Come with me,' you say, 'to where the Southern Cross rides high upon your shoulder!
'Come with me,' you cry, 'each day you tend this lock, you're one day older!
While your blood runs colder.'
But that anchor chain's a fetter, and with it you are tethered to the foam
And I wouldn't trade your life for one hour of home.'"

So after several months, my final verdict is that I don't care much for Watch the Throne overall. However, ___ in Paris is a pretty damn catchy tune. Bit repetitive, but a few great beats in there and a solid hook.

Live performance of "August and Everything After", from start to finish. AAEA was one of the first CDs I ever purchased - great album.
Admittedly, Counting Crow's live performances are an acquired taste - Duritz changes the vocals up quite a bit. But I'm really liking this CD.
