True, but I still don't get that sense of dread that I get when Haywood goes to the line.

I don't either, which is why I surprised when I saw he was at 62%.

Wright's leading the Mavs in dunks?
Obviously he can dunk, but I can't believe he has enough minutes to accumulate that many. That's impressive.

Azubuike blew it on that bad pass to Dirk - he'll be riding pine.

Mavs better start driving and drawing some fouls. I don't like this flow.

They haven't really drawn fouls this entire. Followheezy said it; they're one of just a handful of teams that have shot more threes than FT's.

It's kinda weird to see a box score where the teams are shooting the same percentage, one team has 8 more FTAs and 12 more rebounds, and that team is only winning by 1.

So far the MAVS are doing a great job at pretending the willingness to win this game.

Have to give rc credit, the way vince was struggling earlier this season I wanted to give up on the guy. Rick kept going to him and it seem is getting rewarded for it. Hopefully it carries over into the tournament.

Another good game from Vince. This is exactly what this team needs to do some damage in the playoffs.

Yeah, because tanking games is exactly the kind of tempo you want to set going into the playoffs...

I just do not see how we can beat LAL (and use Wright in this series) this year. Matchup nightmare.
MAVS Should have tanked all 3. You can tank and still play our core guys and keep a good rhythm.
but ok, let us wait and see...

Gman said it best in the 'we clinched' thread, lakers no longer have their secret weapon on the mavs roster in lamar. And yes, it will be tough, but if they can't beat the lakers they probably won't be able to win the championship anyway. I personally would love a rematch with the lakers. It would be fun to see the our own mavs send kobe fishing for a second straight year.

We shouldn't tank. Memphis and Clippers still can be 3rd.

Without the black hole of suckitude that was odom, the Mavs seem to be gaining some chemistry.
