It is the major thing holding him back, the jumpshot. But, he has gotten to the rim on many many occasions and just NOT finished. If he would have been able to do that, he would have also logged more minutes.

I think whatever he has improved on should translate in real games . As far as his shot and finishing goes. I have thought he lacked confidence and if he can get over that hurdle we could have a role player. He sees the floor soo much better than Roddy, just needs to finish plays and hit open J's.
