Silence is golden. Mavs are truly the dark horse now landing Dwight.

I am starting to get a strong feeling that Dwight goes to GSW also...

Biedrins, Jefferson and Rush to Utah.
It's going to be Barnes, Bogut and a 1st to LA for Dwight.

That lineup would give a run to (probably) OKC for their money, and possibly have winning chances in the finals if they make it.

Its technical possible, but I think its very hard now for the Dubs to fabricate a SnT for Howard. Also seems like the news about clearing cap space for Howard was a smoke bomb, they probably had been in touch with Iggy all the way.

Do those 2 players contracts add up to enough for that trade to be possible?

Its not hard. Dwight just has to tell them he will leave LA for because he like Rockets and GS much more.
Bogut/Barnes/1st should work.
My guess:
Dwight in S&T to LA
Rockets sign Millsap and keep Asik.
Mavs sign Jack or Calderon and Josh Smith and trade Marion for Gortat

I thought lakers couldnt take back players in s'n't? Over the luxury tax. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. And the Warriors just sent at least 2014 1st rd. pick for Igoudala

They cant receive a S&T player. But they can ship one out and take players (that arent S&T) in.
Nets cant receive Howard, Lakers couldnt receive Howard.

Im all in for Jeff Wades plan. Jump in and take Bogut and Barnes and the Warriors can sign Howard straight via cap.
Bogut is a much better option than Bynum or Gortat. Barnes is nice...

I misunderstood. This new CBA isnt really working out that well. Except for the NY-LA teams it seems.

The pick is going to Utah for the salary dump. Igoudala was just a straight up signing.

I'd mostly take the chance with Oden than Bynum.

A little clarity is appreciated, even if it's not the preferred outcome. Hopefully we can follow that up with a boat-load of clarity on other fronts.
Of course, now watch, we decide to make an offer to one of the RFAs = more waiting and uncertainty for the long-suffering but devoted fan.

The brightside to getting dumped is now we can actually do something!
Now that i think about it, we were notified before Atlanta? So we basically never had a chance?

Now that the Dwightmare is over, we will see the MBT pull off some amazing and unbelievable deals. Still plenty of good options on the table.

Well, fakk me! Can't believe I actually thought he was coming here. I'll just have to tell myself that this was actually for the better, that D12's back will act up and that his ego will screw up which ever franchise he goes to. Yepp, we got lucky, thank God.

How can this happen without GSW taking salary back? Is it because the Mavs are under the cap?

Tim MacMahon @espn_macmahon 2m
Cuban via email: "We gave it a shot and it didn't work out. It was truly an experience. ... So it's on to Plan B."
I might end up hating this guy more than Jerry when it's all said and done. Ended up being outmaneuvered by teams that weren't even in the conversation a year ago.

Fuckin' Cuban man. I swear he's worse than Jerry Jones! Why don't he just film shart tank and just tank the season and sell the Mavs. Dwight used us just like every one else does. WAsted our time on purpose. Fuck this FO and this team. Trade Dirk.

With the indecisiveness of Dwight Howard there really is no predicting what would happen. I agree with Cuban, but now the pressure is on to make something happen. Forward march..

Tank for wiggins. No options in 2014, that are truly available, are worthwhile.
