Paul George is my favorite nba player outside of Dirk. Guy is going to be the best player in the league in the next year or two.

Can't see anyone being a better basketball player than LeBron for AT LEAST the next 3 seasons.

Lebron is going to fall off soon. Especially if better testing is implemented imo. He is a guy that relies heavily on his physical skill set.

LeBron is modern day Adonis. I'd be shocked if fell off "soon" in any dramatic way.

LeBron will fall off soon. Not sure at his age when it will happen, but his body has logged a ton of minutes already. But Durant will be the new Golden Boy. The treatment he gets from the refs already make it that way. The only time he gets called fairly is when he plays Miami.

You'd need to define "fall off" and "soon".
Because I'd be willing to bet that LeBron is still a top 5 player for the next 3-4 seasons.

I'm not sure he will be a Top 5 player in 4 seasons from now. He will be 33. And will have logged 32k minutes. At his current pace he will have over 40k at that point. And combining his playoff minutes, throw in even more.
His body is built the same as Malone, and I do see LeBron moving over the 4 in a little bit. But when the banging starts and he stops being the point forward because some of the quickness is gone... the "dropoff" will start.

Dude is only 28 - he might be a top 5 player for another 5-7 years, depending on how he adapts when his athleticism starts to fall off.

I'm closer to your opinion than Bayliss'.
(Barring injury) LeBron is going to be the exception to Father Time....just watch.

Ugh, this praising of Lebron is disgusting. My fond memory of him will always be losing to us in the finals.
Now, let's kick the sh** out of Portland. In serious talk...should be a close one.

Sike is right on this one. LBJ ain't falling off anytime soon. He'll lose (already has, actually) some athleticism. But with his size, smarts, passing ability, strength, and now post ge, he'll age like Malone (think how Magic played...oversized playmaker).

LBJ will play till 40. He willl finish his career at center. lol.
But it's also possible that he gets tired of basketball in a couple of years...

Dirk holding his ground so far against LMA. Got to make Aldridge work on the blocks. So far Dirk has done alright.

Come on Dirk... don't foul on something like that. They need you to stay out of foul trouble. Picking up fouls that aren't necessary will not help with that.

Dirk playing great D on LMA. Unfortunately perimeter guys don't want to box out.

That is a major problem with Blair at center... defensive rebounding.

Not starting Dally is absolutely moronic. Portland has no size on their bench. Let Blair wreck them. Lopez isn't some scrub.

Defense is all about "reputation" in this league. On both ends. It sucks.

I mean it's really difficult to say the refs are being straight when they make that call on Jose, but not the Ellis drive....

Why is Ellis passing it to Dalembert at the 3 point line?
Initiate the offense, Ellis! You basically allowed Jae to start it. Not his game either.
