How cool would it be to win the DJ sweepstakes over 2 LA and 1 NY teams?

Right now its pretty much 50/50 between the Mavs and him staying with the Clippers i guess.
The Lakers and Knicks are a complete mess. I doubt hes wasting the next years there while they rebuild.
If this was 2008 i would agree we have no chance but right now the Lakers and Knicks arent attractive from a sportive perspective.

Ha Lakers, as long as Kobe is running the ship and Byron is the yes man, no top tier FA will go there.

Which blows my mind because they're totally wasting one of the NBA's best GMs in Mitch Kupchak... Buss-the-Lesser has totally let Kobe run that organization into the ground.

Yep, while superstars headed to their sunsets, Dirk, Duncan are on their last legs, taking paycuts, here's Kobe, telling Buss to bend over and give him 25 a year....and it still leaves Kobe wondering why they suck.

Don't really know why Jordan wouldn't pick Dallas if he was being truthful about what he wanted. He wants to be the main guy (which Dallas can offer with Dirk on his last legs and Parsons not talented enough for such a role), and money is not an issue (Dallas will offer him max money now and max money when he opts out if he stays healthy).
If the worst plays out and he balks then the Mavs find themselves in a rough situation. Best play would probably be to admit defeat and play for the lottery. What would hurt the most in such a situation would be the betrayal of Dirk, who signed such a team friendly contract with the hope of being competitive. Having that dashed in less than a year would be difficult to watch although I am sure the big fella would put a brave face on.
Enough with the negativity though. Come on Deandre, I want to enjoy watching the NBA next season!

Agree but i still need much preparation to watch DeAndre shoot Free Throws lol. He better hit the Gym with Dirk and Holger in the Offseason if we really sign him.
