The only positive thing is Houston currently trailing against the Pacers.

Mavs down 17 at the half. We will win it next half guys. Don't worry. We have the 2nd best coach in the NBA. He is in the same level as Popovich.

Alright there was something that was able to get it close. Now roll with something that's consistent at scoring. Because turnovers and rebounds will happen if McGee steps going to work.

It's quite interesting why Matthews has shot a grand total of two shots. And he was very good just two nights ago.
But I presume this is just tactics by Rick. He knows we have to rest, because we have a big game tomorrow in Denver and he knows Houston will also lose tonight. Smart coaching.

Center should be Mejri and McGee in 2nd half. Zaza fights hard but his legs won't let him do what he did in the first half of the year.

So you want defense but you post 5+ times per game thread about wanting Monta Ellis back? Solid posting, so glad you are still here.

McGee poked that ball away from Boogie. He has slowed down Boogie's scoring.

The mavs need to tear this team down next season. I really mean it. Give Dirk a 1 year 30+ million contract and sign a bunch of terrible players at minimum contracts.
The 2017 NBA draft is still 23 months away, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be excited about it. Already, due to the strongest high school class we've seen pass through American hoops in a long time, NBA teams that have multiple picks coming over the course of the next couple years are gearing up for what could be a draft similar to the ones in 2003 and 2008 -- the last two major influxes of talent in the NBA.

With the 1st pick in the 2017 NBA draft, the Dallas Mavericks select.....

Didn't Rick Carlise rest Dirk last game vs Warriors so he would be ready vs the the Kings? I think Rick has totally lost it. He not only cost the mavs winning vs the Warriors but now making Dirk lose his 20+ppg streak. Rest at time makes older players like Dirk lose their rhythm. Great job Top 2 coach. Great job!

Put Dirk back in and let him score six points. If nothing else we may as well continue his streak

The team I think has given up on Rick Carlisle. Now way you lose 10 out of your last 12 without giving up on the coach strategy. Great time to FIRE or TRADE RICK CARLISLE.

playing like this, do you really want to make the playoffs?
If we make it, we should at least be number 6 so that way, I think, we had a chance against okc

Eight of their guys have scored 10 or more. And Gay isn't one of them and Belinelli isn't playing.

There is reason why Rick was fired instead of resigning from the Pacers and Pistons. Great coaches don't get fired. They either get traded or resign themselves.
