Carlisle rotating too much. That good run didn't have Deron and DFS in it. You stick with what's rolling.

We just aren't good. This looks like the Blazer's game. Washington missed wide open shots early, they are on a b2b. It took them a while but they showed up. We barely held off the Blazers when a similar situation happened. Really dont think if RC played that lineup of seth harris wes simba powell it wouldda kept going.

I am happy with Mavs being down but I think RC has always been rotating too much. Actually, many coaches do it. It is weird how bench guy, who is hot, is getting subbed out. I do not mind it in this case though!

This gets fun when the Mavs run on point offensively. They have been able to score all sorts of ways and spreading the ball from the perimeter.

SIlver obviously told us we have a wink wink deal for the number 1 pick for Deandrea fiasco.

We are going to dominate this weak pocket of schedule and feel like we're playoff worthy

Brightside.... Barnes 26/7/5 on just 18 shots. He had 9 ft's and he went 2/4 from 3 as well, both in the 4th.

I felt the big difference in this game was that he didn't gets discouraged after missing shots. He keep shooting.
And I still think the conversation on whether you want to draft a star or hope that Barnes becomes that is still on the table. With Barnes though, he is taking it step by step.
It's the killer mentality that is the big work in progress. A step in the right direction tonight though.

Fun for who? Barnes played excellent, if he could get to the line like that (and make his threes) every night like that, I wouldn't be nearly as doom and gloom about this "let's make a run at it" nonsense, but unfortunately he plays like this at every 10th game. Oh well, we knew January will be the month where they eff everything up.

Yeah, it's happening. Maybe we'll get extremely lucky in the draft and get someone really good between 7 and 15. Small chance of course, but maybe we'll be lucky. Unless we trade our pick, which would annoy the living crap out of me.

HB is starting with the rip thru moves and other tactics to get to the FT line. I enjoy seeing heads up plays like that from him, with the attacking. I hate seeing HArden do it, so I hope there's a balance in the end where it's not a flopping flailing mess.

It is really good that Dirk is healthy and gives some challenge for Barnes during practice. Should help his development a lot.
