Fake news. I said many are rapists. The ones that come here illegally have already broken the law. They need to go back to whatever country they belong. Not just the Mexicans.

And most aren't... But generalizing an entire group of people is a lot easier than having to think about things, huh?

They're only here illegally because the people you vote for have made it nearly impossible for them to be here legally... All your relatives had to do was show up.

Well the countries were up for grabs in those days. But nowadays, we have established boundaries. Illegals can be from other continents as well. Not just Mexican. We can't afford to take care of the world problems. We got our own issues. America First.

America first... Let's start by exporting all the bigots like you to ISIS-controlled territory so you can be with like-minded people... America first.

Trump supporters prefer to live in an alternate reality. I mean that in a very sincere and alarming way. They simply just don't care about what is actually true or not.

We got different opinions because we don't watch that fear mongering fake news networks. (CNN, MSNBC, and etc.)

You are acting quite obtuse. You know I never said anything like that. It should be quite obvious that people that break the law by illegally crossing the border are more likely to break the law while in the country as well. That includes rape, drugs, murders, and etc. Trump will be sending them back to their home country. Legal immigrants are probably safer than home born citizens here. As they went through extreme vetting.

But they don't come here to break the law, they come here to work or escape oppression. If we made it easier for them to become legal immigrants, then they wouldn't be breaking any laws at all. Most of these people just want to live the same life you do, they're not interested in harming anyone. It's like you've never met an illegal immigrant before and just get your information from the propaganda machine that enriches billionaires while we fight amongst ourselves over superficial reasons like skin color, religion, or national origin. None of our problems will go away if we kick these people out of this country.

Immigrants, legal and illegal, commit crimes at a fraction the rate of legal citizens. There is zero evidence to support your theory that crossing the border illegally will lead to additional crimes with any sort of regularity.

Yeah, it's almost as if the threat of being deported works as some kind of a deterrent... Here's an exercise for the next time any of you Texans are commuting to work: count how many people who speed by you or ride your ass are Mexicans... You won't see it because they don't do it.
The people who are rapists tend to be the ones who think they can get away with something... That's why you'll read more about rich, white UT frat boys raping women than immigrants.

That's just an excuse to ignore reality. I don't watch CNN or MSNBC or Fox News because I agree they are basically no longer unbiased news stations. I can agree with that.
It doesn't eliminate the fact that using them to live in total denial doesn't make one right. And almost every time a Trump supporter is backed into a corner they use that jargon to somehow legitimize their nutty ideas.

With "up for the grabs in those days" you mean the Native american genocide done by your grand-grand-grand-daddy who was an illegal immigrant? Good chances he was a rapist too....native american pussy was up for the grabs back in those days.

There were many atrocities way back in the day. But times have changed. Clearly for the better. I don't think it is fair for us to get treated any differently because of things that happened so long ago. And it seems like an excuse to be unpatriotic. I love America.

Fix Their Problems
Quote:
There is no creature in American politics more puzzled over by Democrats than the angry, forgotten Trump voter. How can we reach them? How should we speak to them? Here’s a wild idea: fix their problems.
.
.
This election was an eruption of anti-establishment sentiment—personified in not just Trump, but also Bernie Sanders’ strong showing—from all sides of the political spectrum. This election was what happens after more than 30 years of growing economic inequality, stagnant wages, a great recession, and the inability of working people to live better lives than their parents did. Both Democrats and Republicans had decades to change that dynamic, and neither of them did. Hence rage, and a “Fuck the World” president. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Now, everyone is worried about the crazy president. But the problems that led to the crazy man being elected president are still here.

As a once-illegal-immigrant I feel like I have to chime in here.
I was brought here as a 13 year old and one thing my parents were deathly scared of doing or of having me do is break the law. We thought committing a crime would certainly get us sent back.
I believe (and am backed up by statistics) that the vast majority of immigrants feel the same way and therefore commit crimes at not just a lower rate, but an astoundingly lower rate than natural born citizens. Which means having immigrants lowers the average crime rate per capita.

Does the orange potato has any clue about anything?
Quote:
That great big orange buffoon just congratulated a veteran for getting his leg blown off in Afghanistan. EDIT: Some people are confused (as confused as Trump, it seems) about what a Purple Heart is and why wouldn't you say "Congratulations" for receiving it. Well, as Wikipedia explains: "The Purple Heart is a United States military decoration awarded in the name of the President to those wounded or killed while serving". You don't congratulate someone when you're giving them this. You thank them. You thank them for their sacrifice.

Yeah, his ego lured him... As the leader of the free world, everyone is out to get him. If he's not smart enough to avoid an obvious trap, then he's not fit to lead.

FISA court issues sealed indictment against Donald Trump
Quote:
Separate sources with links to the intelligence and justice communities have stated that a sealed indictment has been granted against Donald Trump.
While it is understood that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution means that, until Mr. Trump is impeached, he cannot be prosecuted, sources say that the indictment is intended by the FBI and prosecutors in the Justice Department to form the basis of Mr. Trump’s impeachment. The indictment is, perhaps uniquely, not intended or expected to be used for prosecution, sources say, because of the constitutional position of the President.
