I view this more as a fun exhibition versus taking it too seriously. Whoever wins it will have a BIG asterisk surrounding it.

NBA in July/August sounds good to me. Usually the two most dreadful months of the offseason.

agree and it will be very hard for baseball to compete with the TV ratings of both the NBA and NHL.
Conversely - since the NBA playoffs will wrap up in mid Oct. - NCAAF and NFL will crush the ratings of the NBA.

If the NBA can avoid playing games on Sundays and Monday nights they’d probably be okay. I’m not a huge baseball fan to begin with, but they are going to have a real hard time getting viewers.

This is assuming we are going to even have football and baseball seasons this year. I'm not at all confident we will.
