I would love a few more plays called. Get KP going early and also a few plays called for Maxi. He needs to get more involved offensively IMO.

That would be a shocking addition for Mavs if the Magic ever decided to blow it up

I think that is a fair comparison between those two tandems.

If I'm not mistaken I believe Vucevic is actually an all star this year and he's avg like 24 & 11 while shooting 40% from 3.

Are you telling me that doesn't stack up to KP's production?

Fournier and THJ are about even but Fornier does take smarter shots if you watch Orlando beyond games vs the Mavs.

Now would I trade KP.......No

Because he's my favorite Mavs player but I'm not going to say he's better than Vuc

Yeah I'm not sure that other poster really watches Vuc or Fornier enough.

They are just stuck on a bad Orlando team that always stays injured.

But I have no doubt if you were to swap those two guys on the mavs this team would be a really good playoff team because Vuc could get them inside and outside buckets plus he rebounds very well.

Brad Townsend:

Devin Harris on @FOXSportsSW says of the Mavs’ respect and familiarity with Nikola Vucevic, who has the same agent as Luka Doncic: “I think they tried to go after him in free agency.” I was told there certainly was interest but he was out of Mavs’ price range in FA.

So this lends credence to what Erica said about Mavs Kemba interest being made up by Kemba’s agent, because his contract was bigger than Vuc’s. So apparently they never wanted to spend money on anything significant that offseason? Luka on a rookie contract, and the plan was to use the cap space on spare parts and bench scrubs?
