25-15 on fouls
Refs have called us for almost twice as many fouls

Luka could have defended him if the refs hadn't taken him down at the knees with the fouls

It's impressive that we're up 4 when we're playing 8 on 5

Bullock is doing exactly what we thought he could. Love his intensity.

Bullock is the 3 and d guy we’ve wanted for years. It’s a pleasure watching this guy really battle back after a tough start to his season.

Growth from Luka. Thought he was about to settle for a step back 3, ball movement, Jalen corner

Why is THJ making close to 10 million more than Bullock
Poor decision by the Mavs to give him that kind of contract

I'm loving his turnaround doing the regular season
But I'm still nervous come playoff time half these guys aren't going to show up.
Maybe under Kidd things change though

I still can’t understand how you gamble on Luka in the first half and not challenge the obvious flop. You probably aren’t going to win, but if there is any small chance, it’s worth it.

I know I've hammered this home, but keeping THJ was FAR WORSE than trading Seth.
Letting Tim walk this summer would have been the wise move, but I suppose if some team is dumb enough to want him then I guess he can be a trade tool.

True, but he never had a proper role with so many similar-type of players on the team plus black hole THJ.
Now he has the freedom to shoot himself back into the game. He started off 0-3.

He's not hesitant now like he was for months. He's also not JUST shooting 3s. Hopefully its the beginning phase of a big turnaround.

Well defense travels so that should give us a better chance even if our shots aren't falling ...but we still obviously need shots to fall. Especially the wide open ones we have been missing.

Losing THJ is (unfortunately) addition by subtraction. There will be games we miss his hot shooting and crowd-hyping dunks, but those are unfortunately far and few in between.

He makes 20 so when he's healthy in April, he will start getting minutes again. Think he'd be great off the bench, then offseason find a suitor.

If it plays again this season which I wouldn't be too confident about.

He was coming off the bench this year prior to his injury and he flat out sucked a great deal of the time.
I felt like his injury was going to be a blessing in disguise for the mavs because neither Bullock or Green forces up as many bad shots as THJ and they both try to compete on the defensive end of the floor.
Eliminating THJ also cuts down on the amount of poor 3's the Mavs would normally jack up with him in the lineup.

Agreed on all counts, Im just worried about when he comes back. 18mpg i think he could be ideal, assuming he comes back this season

They are going to shoehorn THJs ass right back into the rotation where he was, with the same amount of slack and free reign to bombs away. The only hope is that they slow roll his minutes for a while. Good dude n all.
