About RCF: set up a seperate board room for him

Let the server side program automatically redirect all RCF's posts into that board room ( along with the post to which he is replying, if that's the case).
In this way we allow him to speak, but in a controlled environment. And if other people are bored or in a fighting mood some day, they can check out that board room and posting something to him. Otherwise, just ignore that board.
I can imagine that board will have visitors 'cuz the craziness of RCF's posts do SOMETIME have entertaining value.
