Has anyone heard anything out of the Rangers on him in the offseason.

I assume he is going to pitch this year, though I haven't heard anything.

It's unfortunate that the Rangers picked him up right after he'd pretty much lost 5-6 mph off of his fastball. Maybe they should have known that his velocity wasn't where it normally was the last half season before they signed him.
