Cowboys Vs. Oakland
Gameday thread, anyone?
I'm catching the tail end of the Giants game right now. They need to hurry up so Fox can switch coverage to the real game.

Davis is a good hitter but he is crapping it as a safety.

Wow, that was a HUGE play by Newman to run down Moss and save four points (as it played out).

RE:Cowboys Vs. Oakland
Glad that newman caught him and yes davis is not a good cover guy but why the hell is Davis covering moss one on one? Everyone but us knows that with moss' history against us and our recent history they are gonna take shots against us. How we could leave him single covered with a bad coverage safety is just incredible.

And our special teams stink as well. I'm really starting to wonder if Parcells is way over-rated.

Someone on another forum said they were "to honor the game in Mexico" which is on ESPN prime time.
Edit: Here we go...

RE: Cowboys Vs. Oakland
Yeah, it kinda was. But I think we may have dodged a bullet there. That could have been a lot worse. Another strong second half could easily give us another road victory here.
If we can manage to avoid the big passing play on defense, that is.

Yea, let's keep running it. We don't need more time on the clock.... we know Oakland is outstanding on pass coverage... just keep running it.

Edit:
Raiders: "Here, please take it."
Cowboys: "No, but thanks."

Well, it's back to the ole scrubbed up couch at the bottom of the NFC East. I think the Redskins left our butt groove intact.

RE: Cowboys Vs. Oakland
three crappy calls in a row imo. Fade stunk, the pass to glen was too quick. The run by julius was as usually conservative.

How do you manage to only score 13 against the Raiders?

One of those games where at no point did I feel like they were going to win. Ugly & depressing.

RE:Cowboys Vs. Oakland
Redskins are at Kansas City loss.
They are at Denver a loss.
The Cowboys need to come out 1-1 against Philly and Giants. The Cowboy-Redskin game later in the year might have a huge impact on the playoffs. Worst case scenario 0-2.
Drew Bledsoe has been good when he has had time. The running game has yet to get off the snide. It needs to pick it up against Philly. The pass defense was better after the completion to Moss. Terry Glenn has been really good. The running game let us down against the Raiders.
The giants play at Dallas, and home to Denver. They got slaughtered by the Chargers. The Broncos are really up and down. Eli has really played well recently. He played well against the Cowboys last year.
Philly
at Cowboys
a bye
home to San Diego
San Diego is really playing well they throttled the Patriots.
