Is this "Thread Worthy"
Anybody else psyched for this movie?
 http://www.beowulfmovie.com/ Robert Zemeckis Director.  Gump was a closet gay. Lots of big names attached. Angelina Jolie.  Adoption Whore. Anthony Hopkins.  That's Sir Anthony to you. And Starring as Beowulf none other than Ray Winstone?  Ray's the one who's not Leo. I hope it rocks. But lately I have been let down by anything fantasy based.  Do I really have to say anything? and  Karl Urban will never be a star. It has to be better than 13th Warrior. Which was written by the same guy who wrote.  and  13th Warrior was actually good. So surely Zemeckis can't F*%k this up.

300 was a good movie. what do you have against forrest gump? and pregnancy doesnt look good on anyone

Honestly nothing against the Gump, Just worried Zemeckis will suck this movie up.

Winstone was great in "Sexy Beast." But of course, Kingsley was way greater.

300 was a great adaption of the actual comic book, if you were let down then you never read it in the first place and have no right to criticize the plot (but everything else go right ahead).
Everything else I kinda agree with, except Forest Gump couldn't be a closet gay. I don't think I have ever seen a mentally retarded gay person. |

I'm so up for Beowulf...bound to be a kick ass movie.
....bunch of dudes just sittin' round in a bar, drinking a few luke warm brews, yucking it up amongst themselves and hurtin' nobody. Then Grendel comes trippin' in and messes everything up. But Grendel ain't the only bad ass around -- Beowulf is the new sheriff in town....he's out to give Grendel a lesson in ass-kickin', ole english style.
