How in the flying hell did the Bengals lose to the Browns? That guy who took Frye's place had one of the best games of any qb. Who would've thought?

Any MNF watchers out there?
The best part of Redskins v. Eagles is that one of them is guaranteed to lose

Trey Wingo just said that, according to Tank Johnson, he'll be playing for the Cowboys once his suspension is up.

Sweet-ass throwbacks. Evidently those are Swedish colors, and Swedes originally settled that godforsaken town.

I guess the Swedes know how to move the football.
With apologies to chum:
The Iggles are kicking the Fjord out of the Lions!!!

Lions are as crappy as they ever were. There has never been a more fake 2-0 team.

Fjord...clever. Yep, evidently the Swedes do know a little something about offense. I bet Kevin Curtis is at least half Swedish!

Watching Buckhalter on that "kick return"...this is something I have never understood. If I coached special teams, I'm not sure I would EVER take a knee in the end zone. And I definitely would never take a knee on anything less than five or six yards deep. The average starting position is, what, the 30 or better? You rarely see returners go down before the 20 yard line. I would always take my chances.

Never mind....that 'White' guy is also awesome. This is turning into a good game.

Makes me glad Vince didn't win the Heisman. Puts shame on the shoulders of Reggie Bush.
......even though I still wish Vince had won the Heisman? =/

Well the Lions put 3 TDs on offense and a defensive TD on the Bears this week just like the Cowboys did last week.
Lions offense = Cowboys offense?
Or Bears defense is that overrated?

4 starters are out for the Bears on defense. Of their secondary, only their starting FS is playing today.

Right now:
Indy, New England, and Dallas are the only three with a shot at winning it all. They all look that good this year.

I've never seen Philly have worse pass protection. NY is playing really well on defense.

I know Pittsburgh lost today, but I would put them close to that mix. Maybe not in it. But you're right. The entire league is mired in mediocrity.
I wonder if Green Bay really has something. They haven't really won an impressive game....but there's hardly anyone impressive to beat. The Cowboys certainly haven't beat anyone impressive. Other than the Pats I don't know that they'll have the opportunity.

Packers seem to be that team that has destiny helping them win ala Saints last year--so don't be surprised if they don't some big things this year.
With that being said, the legend continues to grow with Romomania and Romosexuals!!!
