I love Molly's voice, but she definitely sounds her age - I'm interested to hear what her voice sounds like when it finally "breaks" - she obviously has a lot of training in addition to her natural talent, so I have a feeling she'll sound wonderful into her adult years (did she sing in church growing up? She has a soulful quality to her voice...) And I love how you rip it up on your respective strings - you have the "cerebral talent" in addition to the "heart" (what can I say - I'm a jazz-head when it comes to technicality and you didn't fail to impress!)
