This shows you missed the point. Noone claimed you were a lifetime laker fan. The closet laker fan comment was a rib because of all your pro-laker posts. That's it. Get it? sheesh.

The Lakers are playing idiotic ball. Kobe passes up a good look 6 footer so that Walton can shoot a three?

Seriously man... In all seriousness... I hope you are playing. I really honestly do not like the guy as a person; however, like many here obviously by the poll, I respect him a great deal as a basketball talent. I know it looks like that if you don't know how much I hate Phoenix and Nash, but I assure you that is not the case!

Just not true chum... Possibly "hate" is too strong of a word for this stuff. Can't stand the lakers, I hate it when we play them because they have smartass fans in the arena who even if they are losing by 20 they still think they hung the moon. It would be wonderful, just wonderful if the lakers went on an atlanta-like losing streak.

However...I must admit, having the mvp eliminated by 7th seed is somewhat delicious AND I think it is better for the lakers to win than the suns for the mavs.

So when you hate 'em both, you can hate one more than the other.

Just like I would cheer for the Giants over the Redskins, (unless the Giants were neck and neck with Dallas for a division - but you get the idea)!

Giants over the Redskins? Ugh. I understand the situational condition there and agree, but the correct example would have been something like this.

Giants vs. Redskins Game Summary.
In a freak game, both teams suffered the devastating loss of their QB, offensive and defensive lines, coach and water boy to career ending injury. As a result both teams forfeit the game and cease operations until next season.

Yep. I like that scenario better.

Can the Eagles somehow fit into that scenario too???

It's starting to look like the Suns just don't have enough firepower.

In the same week they had a bye and encountered teamwide a bad case of malaria and montezuma's revenge forcing them to forfeit the remaining schedule resulting in their missing the playoffs by one game.

I know he tried, but official perception is that he whistle doesn't blow on that side of the court.

If that play is reversed, and Barbosa did that to George, George gets continuation and one.

I don't think the Suns are in any position to be complaining about the calls. They're getting rewarded this whole series for being soft.

I hold her close until she's gone. I'll never know what she was running from. I'll cash her check in the morning.

Chum, I don't buy it for a minute. If you hated the Suns, you could never cheer for them under any circumstances. Even if they played a team you hate more, the best you could do would be indifferent about the series. If you hate a team, you can NEVER be happy if they win.

Sound familiar? The difference is that I trust you in that you want Phoenix to win so Dallas can whip that ass in the conference semis; however, you don't trust me that I want LA to win simply because I dislike Phoenix more...
