Radio is saying a sign and trade Monta for George Hill can work for both sides. Him and Wes Matthews at the guard position could be solid.

No chance. Pacers need Hill to defend the SG,he is pretty much a perfect backcourt fit with Monta.
Pacers are under the cap too, they dont have to do a S&T

I def prefer Matthews over Green. I don't like his knee injury, but he's a better player when healthy.

Mathews is basically a better version of Justin Anderson.

I understand that we have to play the waiting game with DJ, but the more time goes by with no Mathews deal, the more nervous I get. We should have had him locked up by now. We have the money even if the Jordan deal goes through.

@ShamsCharania: Boston and Dallas are leaders so far in pursuit of free agent forward Jae Crowder, league sources tell RealGM. Mavs dealt him last season.
@celticsblog: Mavs want to sign Crowder and Wright and try to pretend the Rondo deal never happened

Ajinca just got 4/20.
Josh Howard strangely intrigued by those numbers.

Jared Zwerling @JaredZwerling 14m14 minutes ago
Source: Memphis and Mo Williams are closing in on a deal. Three or four years. Not done yet.

That is actually one of the more sane contracts being handed out right now if you'd believe it.

Yes, that one does suck. Looks like your username will once again be relevant for Mavs.

Yeah I was about to say that one actually isn't that bogus. For bogus go see what Middleton got or Goran Dragic.

Hold the phone on Mo to Memphis
Chris Herrington
@HerringtonNBA
Told any discussions with Williams are nowhere close to a contract.

@espn_macmahon: Other PGs I know Mavs have touched base with: Patrick Beverley, Jeremy Lin, JJ Barea, Nick Calathes.
@mdug: First part of Mavs pitch to Lin: Seriously, we're sorry we kept DoJo over you. Can you find it in your heart to forgive us?

Should we be shocked by that at this point though? I'm so numb to it. I just believe all of these guys already know who they are going to sign to. All of this courting by this organization.....If I were them I wouldn't even bother with Deadnre. He may sign here but i'd be more concerned about getting Tyson since he does want to be here as opposed to trying to persuade some guys.

80 million. They didn't report the years yet, but 4 or 5 it's too much. They have to please Lebron, though.

Yikes.
I don't know why I thought with this new cap boost that we were going to see better teams and deeper teams out there. There won't be much difference in the make up of teams. Role players and bench players are going to benefit the most it seems.

@ZachLowe_NBA: Suns fitting Chandler into cap room means they will have to renounce Brandan Wright, who becomes a major Dallas fall-back option.
