How did Borowski miss that? Ok, fine, it wasn't an easy finish but still.
84 minutes..... Hugo is gonna score. Book it.

Hugo is such a freakin' goofball. How about you head it instead of hitting with your shoulder?

Yeah, Boro should retire instead of taking food from Hugoals table... and Boro is a major arrogant asshole.
It´s GD 3 and the international break was the problem. It the game had been played later in the season, it probably would have been better. + TS wanted the draw.

Hercules just got promoted to the 1st division last year. They are from Alicante, but I think they were always called that. Don't know much else about them.

I'm not gonna make a separate thread for this, but FC Dallas is playing for the MLS Cup (the championship, for those of you do don't follow) on Sunday night.
DFW's second chance for a championship this month. Pretty cool.

I have this one http://127.0.0.1:8902/stream Crappy lineup, Jose provided imo. One striker more and it would have been an open match.

He's been using that lineup for a while, except for Higuain, who was injured for tonight's match. Just terrible and inexcusable. I don't think they'll ever beat Barcelona ever again at this rate. Except maybe in the return game

I am not a Real fan by any means, but i am consternated somehow. A 67-33 possesion is the last, i had expected. That was a historic blowout.

If you get scored on first, then Barcelona will win. I guess they find it entertaining, but all that possession gets boring, they keep the ball at all costs going all the way back to their two backs. Corinthians plays like that, another boring team. I can't take it, it makes me nervous. It's like a basketball match with no shotclock.

I disagree here. BAR has always been on the way forward, Real, with a 1-4-2-3-1 tactic, was more on "wait and destory",what did not work out. BAR was very agressive, Real wasn´t.
Özil and Ramos sucked. The win might be one or two goles to high, but BAR scored 2 goles due to a lazy Real D. That was only a short analysis, because i had to take a phonecall during the match *Arrrgh*

The Emirat Quatar has sighted about 650.000 juveniles just to draft 48 for their youth team. They are weird.

Yes, they were through already, Bremen therefore bucketed 800.000 Euro for the win.
Barca signed a new Trikot-Sponsoring-Contract with the "Qatar Foundation" worth 30 million € p.a. til 2016. The UNICEF-Partnership will continue somehow. Barca has been donating 2 mn. p.a. for children in need to wear the UNICEF sig.

Birmingham City tied it.
Interesting fact: The Brazilian National Championship is one of the most competitive championships in the planet, more competitive than any of the major European national championships.
The most competitive major national championship in Europe is the Budensliga.
This comes from analyzing how many teams have a shot at the title after 75% of the championship games have been played.
Not surprisingly, the single most polarized championship of all the major soccer-playing nations is Spain, where Real or Barça have won some 28 out of the last 29 championships played. Ridiculous. England really only has 4 teams that contend year in, year out too.

Yes, that´s true. With the Spuds uprising the British Premiership has become more challenging, but we must not forget Italy where the aging AC prevailed over the real contenders such as AS, Juve and Inter. But personally i don´t trust those clubs with organized crime background. Thank god we have the Deutsche Bundesliga. No stars, but no debts either.

Embarrassing. I must say, i enjoy watching some primera division, but the problem is: When you tune in 20 minutes after kick-off the games are mostly over ( for the opponent of Barca or Real ). The only reason i tune in is to watch Ozel, Lionel, Ronaldo or Iniesta....
Some weeks ago, i called a friend on his birthday. Barca lead 2-0 after 20 minutes; Barca went to halftime with ~5-0 when the call was finished and the day after the Almeria coach went fishing. The final result was 8-1

Close call, Bernado, eh. But props, i watched the game today. Ronaldo is as good as he used to be @ Manchester United. He is, without a question, the 2nd best player in the world.
