RE:Detroit @ Dallas Gameday thread
You can guarantee that Dirk won't get many calls tonight. Detroit is a good defensive team so the refs will let them get away with murder.

RE:Detroit @ Dallas Gameday thread
impatience by Terry. He has a big man on him and Dirk has the guard on him. You have two options.
1. get the ball to Dirk
2. take the big man off the dribble
What did Terry do? He took a contested jumper.

I don't understand why the officials let the games get so ugly. It's amazing how they just decide that the Pisons are playing so they're not going to call fouls.
Case and point....the official sees Dirk get shoved while going for a rebound on the last shot of the half and does absolutely nothing about it.

The Mavs need to get their act together. They cannot afford to lose games like this at home.

The Mavs sloppiness is really hurting them.
It's not as if the Pistons are just killing them. The Mavs are beating themselves.

RE: Detroit @ Dallas Gameday thread
First game I've seen where Bradley hasn't helped us. He really looked poor out there. Damp isn't as good defensively in this game but he's been a stabilizing force.

Damp stabilizes us, and lookee, we went small.
MY worst nightmare: Armstrong, Terry at the 1 and 2, and Dirk running the center.

It boggles my mind how a play on one end is not called the same on the other end.
I don't care if they call it tight or loose. But show some consistency on both ends.

RE:Detroit @ Dallas Gameday thread
Dirk's definitely becoming a smarter player, when he's bricking from the outside he's just taking it to the hole. Just tagged Ben, Tayshaun, and 'Sheed with fouls. Hope he keeps this up and gets those guys in foul trouble.
