And Bob Ortegal said exactly what I've said on this message board for the last 3 games. And I get sh*t when I say it....

Maybe he was actually sick? We all know he doesn't talk about illnesses/minor injuries.

Don't let up because Durant is out. Keep feeding the German. Keep attacking!

The sports fan in me is going to go suicidal if we lose to a durantless thunder team.

And Dirk has a bounce in his step... that last play he was literally hopping while dribbling... maybe he did have a minor tweak or something where he was glued to the floor...

It's very possible. Dirk isn't one to complain and he could easily have a minor ankle tweak at any point in the season and we'd never know.

Lol @ Dirk. He has more shots this quarter than the entire game the other day.

Dirks shot looks a lot more snappy with a bit more lift than it did for the last couple of games. I hope the Dirkster is back for the rest of the season after a short leave of absence.

Maybe Green will see a couple of minutes tonight.
Dirk being aggressive opens up so much more for the other guys. The Mavs call plays for Howard in the first but Dirk should be the first and fourth quarter guy on this team. Get him going early. It will free up guys like Howard for dive cuts, etc. Then let him take shots here and there in the 2nd and 3rd. And then go back to him in the 4th.
Barea really does need to realize that he is a point guard on this team. When he is playing with Kidd, look to shoot some. But if he is the point guard when Kidd is sitting, he has to set others up.

Eddie Sefko E-mail News tips
Jason Terry had one thing to say: "I'm back on the runway.''
Well, maybe more like heading toward the tarmac. But the news was excellent for Terry as he was examined by team physician Dr. T.O. Souryal, who gave Terry the all-clear to return to practice.
Before the game, coach Rick Carlisle said he wasn't expecting Terry to play in the next three games, including Friday's against Oklahoma City.
But that thought process may get revised if Terry can go through a practice on Saturday and not have any repercussions.

Honestly, I don't understand why we don't get Green at least a *little* burn every game.
