Just re-watched that as well, that was def a foul. Ellis seems to be used to getting hacked without getting a call.

I no longer get upset over NBA fouls. The refs just buy into whatever the perception of the player is. Unfortunately, Ellis isn't a player that is known to flop for fouls so no call.

If he looked like he gave a shit, I'd be a little less bothered. Given the last few games, Phoenix in particular, he is the one I'd expect to come out with a chip on his shoulder. 3 buckets, yeah, but plays like getting the ball just taken from you is ridiculous. Man. I hate to bring my Dallas friends down but, I knew once acquired that Rondo would bring the Mavs down. And I was right. Their offense is like 8pts worse since he arrived. And the Body chemistry out there with Ellis just looks bad to me. No matter what they might say to the Media...no way Rondo and Ellis enjoy playing together.

Parsons and Rondo are the only bright spots over the last few games. Everyone (maybe with the exception of Jefferson and Stoudemire) else just plays really poorly: Dirk, Ellis, Harris, even Aminu is playing bad

Spurs and mavs shoot the exact same from floor and 3. Similar in everything really spurs just have made all 5 ft's while we split our 4 attempts.

What's sad is to see such a blatantly off base comment. Dirk is a team high +6 for a reason. He has 4 boards, 3 assists (all beautiful looks), and is playing very good D. (Funny that people were getting on him on those two Splitter buckets, which were in fact simply incredible/lucky moves...he also did the same thing to Tyson). Fact is, no team overplays Dirk more than SA. They hedge on picks, double, pick up 25 feet out, etc. Not to mention, for whatever reason, Splitter has absolute carte blanche to murder Dirk with no consequences. He mugged Dirk on two of his jumpers, his lay-up, and about 65r7r97t76967 times off-ball. Yet he got called for one foul...

However, what SA's overplaying Dirk does is open the floor for everyone else. Please watch the game instead of looking at raw points.

Mavs have far more points in the paint, yet one less FT. SA got away with at least 8 incredibly obvious fouls that half. Yet Splitter and Leonard got two touch fouls. Incredibly frustrating.
