Chiwas, that was my thought at first as well! But then I remembered what I learned in Biology. We all have muscles, some just don't have defined muscles.
Off topic a bit, I used to be so in love with Christian Laettner. Why? In high school I had a poster of him from his Duke days on my wall. (I was such a dork!) If I had a poster of him the way he looks now I would have nightmares!
Poor Josh, his shot is a bit off so far. Of course as soon as I say that, he scores!

Last game Howard saved us.
Is he trying to bury us this time?

Dallas isn't any more the king of the fast breaks, but still of the pick and roll.

RE:Wizards @ Mavs: GameDay Thread
Actually, it's showing 16 fast break points tonight. We don't seem to be having them as much this year. Points in the paint are better though.

Bradley getting fouls off timeouts right after he gets in, is that like a designed play out of a timeout nellie uses often?

RE: Wizards @ Mavs: GameDay Thread
Well, the Mavs are still good for the fast breaks, but not the best as they used to be; however, now it's more frequent to see secondary fast breaks which are better in some senses, and not necessarily ran by Finley as before, but by Nash or Best.
And keep, I think, the lead as the best in pick and roll's.
With the plus that they are hugely better on the paint.

RE:Wizards @ Mavs: GameDay Thread
It's amazing how Walker can follow his own miss whether it's a 3-point shot or a 2-point shot....
I can only guess that his last assist to Jamison was a carbon copy of the sweet behind-the-back bounce pass he did against the T-Pups.
Oh and JOSH HOWARD IS JESUS!!!

RE: Wizards @ Mavs: GameDay Thread
I think the missed putbacks in the paint off offensive rebounds this year is doing a lot of damage to our FG%.

I don't have the stats like I normally do. Yahoo is all messed up. I'm using sportsline so hopefully they're correct, but can't swear on it. They look funny. I don't know who has what blocks or steals either.
Jamison, 12pts, 1rb
Nash, 6pts, 2rbs, 1as
Walker, 4pts, 3rbs, 4as
Howard, 4pts, 5rbs
Najera, 3rbs
Finley, 9pts, 7rbs, 3as
Delk, 9pts, 2rbs
Best, 2pts, 1rb, 1as
Bradley, 2pts

Winning the rebounding battle by 4. Just 2-13 from 3, but one of those was Eddie(!). Perfect from the line, knock on wood.

Great pass, steve.
Anybody else see Delk fake like he was gonna blow his nose on Dirk's sweater? That was funny.

Yep. It reminded me when Dirk was stealing pop corn from a child last season when injured.

Walker can't buy a bucket tonight so he goes the REbounding-and-Assisting direction...

You missed his SECOND 3 points shot made in his career in regular season games. He made his first 2 years and 10 months ago. Although he has 3 more in playoffs.
You need to go to live in Dallas.

Walker has surprisingly been keeping his turnovers down, but tonight he didn't take care of it.
Good to see Finley get his first double-double of the season. 16pts, 11rbs, 5as, and 2stls.
