He's gonna play Dirk all the way through in the 2nd half so i'm guessing he's given him a breather right now. He should be back in by now though.

RE: Dallas @ Hawks GameDay Thread
If Dallas holds on to the ball, they should win this game. 12 turnovers in a quarter and a half is not good.

RE: Dallas @ Hawks GameDay Thread
Josh Howard is making some really dumb plays the last couple of minutes.
If the Mavs don't commit turnovers, they will win this game. The Hawks shoot too poorly to keep shooting like this...

RE:Dallas @ Hawks GameDay Thread
Great D on walker..
Did you see the Mavs' coaches yelling at Dirk to scoot back on Walker when he had the ball out beyond the three point line? It's obvious that the Mavs don't mind Walker shooting as many threes as he'd like.

Dallas has sucked most of the game... and could be down by roughly 2 points.

"butt"
the way they played last night might very well lead to a let down game tonight...I think a back to back is always a drain...you may be a former professional player and have better perspective than I, but if not, I'll just lean on every other comment I've ever heard from actual players.

Down by only two thankfully, could be worse. Nellie will cuss some in the locker room and the Mavs will win.

The Hawks have reached their peak. When I saw Willis and Walker dominating I knew that wouldn't last very long. I expect the Mavs to get a lead and never look back in the 3rd quarter.

Mavs can't quite get up for atlanta. Nellie might have to burn a bullet but I expect they will get serious in the fourth. If they stay close in the third that is.
