Man Wes is giving PG13 lots of fits tonight.
that type of defense... man hope he does enough to make a playoff team give up some goods for his services.

Geez, what an idiot. Don't think anyone could have imagined OKC shooting so poorly. Mavs shared the ball and played solid D. Unfortunately all that combined lead to a W.

Everyone knows the Thunder are one and done...they wont bring this team back next season (way too expensive) and their pieces are an ill fit...

A team-high 19 points (7-10, 4-7, 1-1), with 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals for +26 in just 22 minutes...
The old dog -- errr, squirrel -- still has it!

Thoroughly enjoyable... in a guilty pleasure kind of way. Miles Bridges would look nice in a Mavs jersey however.

Wes shut down George tonight... PG13? More like PG1-12.

You know what's weird? Matthews is shooting .01 3pt% better than his career average this season.

I don't know how to respond to the game. I'm so confused. Are we a good team now?

That Barnes three against Memphis sparked something. If it costs us a top 5 pick then sad panda.

For all his tank commanding prowess, it would not be a bad thing for Wes to display some of the things that make him a good complementary player if it can lead to us trading him for extra draft capital. He's still a very solid defender on the wings. I wouldn't mind an extra pick in the teens-twenties if some lower tier playoff team wants to make a bigger push by adding a vet like Wes.

Sadly, I think we're a lot less likely to deal Wes than hold onto him for a *possible* playoff push... Trading away assets and going all-in on the draft just isn't gonna happen until Dirk retires.

you're probably right... interestingly our leaders in +/- on the season are Harris and Powell. maybe ditching them (or even JJ) would help. Just hard to predict how things will roll once curry returns.

Im just not convinced anyone wants the guy, not worth that contract.
If we were able to dump him it’d mean taking back an equally onerous contract with a sweetener thrown in for our trouble. I think they missed their window to sell during his hot spell last season
