Default RE: Steve Nash vs. Steve Francis who is the better PG?

this may have been said, but if the question is "who would win in a one-on-one game or dunk contest?", then the answer is Steve F, but if you are asking me who I would prefer to have running my offense and playing a pure point, then the answer is clearly Steve N.....

different games, different skills set, but only one is a true point.

Francis is more athletic and I'd rather watch him vs Nash in a dunk contest. Francis jumps higher but I bet with Nash's soccer background enables him to keep running leaving Francis gassed. I think the biggest edge Nash has over Francis is the mental aspect. Nash has been a leader on the Canadian team and he's also a leader on the Mavs. Nash is a proven leader and Francis hasn't shown that he can be a leader.

KG_Veteran. Thought I would bump this since it seems little stevie_franchise and his greatness of a point guard has just lost to Miami and are in danger of dropping to 7th..

What exactly IS your bet with little stevie_franchise3 anyway?

Stevie Franchise hardly makes his team better. Nash runs the offense, shoots occasionally and leads the team to greatness. Nash doesnt dissapear like Franchise does (and did tonight versus the Heat)
