Default RE:why not GP?

I didn't know we were going to build around Pierce when we would also have Dirk on the team =x

Riiight. 'cause Dirk has proven to be so clutch.

The fact is, if Devin ever turns out to be the level of star that Pierce is right now, we would be ecstatic. Sure, it would be better to have it from the PG position, but there are so many unknowns right now with Devin, you just have to make that trade.

Terry, Pierce, Howard, Dirk and Damp would be the best starting lineup in the West. Find a veteran point guard to team with Stack, KVH, Daniels and another big, and we're a serious contender.
Maybe Devin Harris will be as good as Pierce one day.. Maybe Marquis will be as good as Pierce one day (yikes)

why not pick up the real thing cause Pierce is already as good as Pierce =]

would include devin in a package for pierce, no hesitation

I wouldn't even trade Harris straight up for Paul Pierce.
I'm pm'ing you my address...please send some of that stuff over.

Give me Pierce any day...When the game gets into the clutch, few players are better than Pierce.
I don't need a guy to have the ball in his hands in the clutch when I have Dirk on my team.
I'll take a guy who has dropped 40 in a half and taken a mediocre team to the conference finals over a guy that weighs 160 pounds and is brittle as hell.
