Nash's line doesn't bode well for us. Hope his knee isn't bothering him.

I don't like the lineup on the floor right now. Best is the only passer on the court for the Mavs. If Nash isn't out there then Walker needs to be.

Don't worry. Mavs are still going to win this.

RE: Mavs v Griz GAMEDAY
Is Finley taking good shots?
I see he missed a shot, got his rebound, missed another shot.
Just now he missed a shot and I believe he was blocked if I'm reading right.

Take the highest scoring team in the league and then let every team ugly the game up and turn that high scoring team into the San Antonio Spurs... God I love this league.

RE:Mavs v Griz GAMEDAY
I wonder how long it will be before Jamison stops coming out 0-6 every game before making a shot. At least he is rebounding I guess.
TOs currently outnumbering assists, 6-5. Not good.

Howard is playing a lot of minutes. Goes to show how Nellie is treating this game.

Who else was screaming "EDDIE PASS THE BALL" at the TV when Najera got the steal? He wouldn't pass the ball until he got past the halfcourt line.

RE:Mavs v Griz GAMEDAY
This must be so frustrating for the Grizz. I mean the Mavs are playing probably the worst basketball so far and they are only down by two. I can't believe they are doing isolations on Howard. They obviously haven't done the scouting.
By the way, 1000 post!!

Congrats on that Simon.
Okay, I'm not watching this. What is Howard doing besides fouling people & missing his FTs?
edit: n/m I see the 5 rebounds now. Okay, good job then.

There's the run we needed to tie it! Dirk is playing well so far (no surprises there). Howard is doing a good job on the boards.

Mavs are about to get the lead on two free throws by Dirk. Is it just me or is Gasol overrated? With his height and athleticism, he should be dominating this game.

Ortegal is complaining in the timeout that he "sounds like the president of the Najera fan club".

Someone tell Hubie Brown that Howard is the Mavs best defender. I find it funny that they are isolating Miller on Howard. It hasn't worked for the Grizz so far.

RE: Mavs v Griz GAMEDAY
I've noticed that our offense has really picked up when the ball is not run through A. Walker.
Nice dunk Howard.

You are probably right. I just looks to me that he is capable of dominating down low. Anyway, Mavs are trailing at the half.

It worked early when Miller burned Howard not once but TWICE. It worked again in the 2nd but Miller blew the shot.

Why doesn't Howard spread the ball around some? 7 shots in 12 minutes is not the way the Mavs play basketball.
