RE: Blazers @ Mavs
Wow! Does Portland look dejected. It like they know they can't keep up with the Mavs offensively.
Hey great. Thev've got a bunch of dunks, but damn they don't look like they belong on the same floor right now.
Mo Cheeks is gonna go crazy on these guys for lack of effort defensively. The Mavs are doing whatever they want. Dicau matched up on Jamison with no help comming over? Youch!

What's up with centers being big scorers tonight for us? Bradley and Williams have 14 together.

RE: Blazers @ Mavs
It's all clicking right now as Bradley disrupts a funky shot at one end and drains a long jumper on the other.
But since I'm a pessimist tonight, and gaurding against thinking the Mavs are getting over the hump to where they were last year, I will caution myself by rememvering how easily these Mavs can give up a 15-0 run in a matter of minutes.
No lead has been safe this year for the Mavs.
However, right now they are playing at a very high level and completely frustrating the Blazers.

RE: Blazers @ Mavs
That T by anderson just accentuate how frustrated the Mavs are making the Blazers. The Mavs are aggresive and Dirk took it right at the Blazer D. Anderson couldn't stop him and gave an extra shove after the play in frustration knowing that they cant' hang.
When you are out classed on the court, you have to try and be physical and ugly up the game.

This is one of the most "Balanced" Mavs games that I've seen in a long time.
Everyone is producing.

League-wide notice: fear the Mavs.

On the replay, Fortson just bulled right through Randolph for that rebound. Refs didn't see it and it's and one for Fortson. Very nice. I like it a lot.
Has Coach Scott Williams been working with our big men. What a great pick up he has been.

RE: Blazers @ Mavs
It's official.
These new Mavs will not take any crap from the physical teams in the league anymore. Fortson attitude is giving me a happy Mavericks pants right now. Loving it.
I like how Daniels and Nash push the ball together and seem to play well off of each other.

Walker, the free-throw making machine!! Woah, we are really taking care of business lately. Here's another team we should wipe the floor with, and that's what we're doing. Hopefully on the third we keep it up.

Daniels is playing really well. I really like how we now have centers that can't be overlooked. They are scoring (midrange too!), rebouding, blocking, etc.

RE:Blazers @ Mavs
You've gotta love how the Mavs are starting to regain what they had last year -- the ability to just blow people out of the gym.
Amazing to me how seamlessly the bench guys who get sporadic playing time can come in and contribute. This is legitimately a 12 deep team once Best gets back. Everyone can contribute.
I'm also amazed at how interchangeable Howard and Daniels are. Marquis has filled Josh's spot brilliantly tonight. We've GOT to keep both of these guys around for a long time.

RE:Blazers @ Mavs
Now a strong start in the third quarter and we get a lot of rest for the starters. But, don't relax too early. The Blazers don't want to lose two in a row in Texas just like that.
