The prob with Nash is the guy just doesn't want to quit. Even if he's injured, there's no way you'll see him just sitting and bitching. He plays through it all, which isn't necessarily a good thing. Someone asked on another board how Dirk and Nash were doing in practice today. Fish responded by saying Dirk felt comfortable, while for Nash it was a "play-through-it issue." With the season winding down, I don't mind letting him have a shot if he thinks he's up to it. But the guy definitely needs to take it easy this summer and focus on his conditioning.

I think it would do Nash a world of good to not play organized ball this summer. Relax, work out, date a Spice Girl, relax some more, work out some more, etc.

if the mavs would have hit their open shots, nash would have had 9-12 assists. can't blame that on him
he got the ball to the open man, they gotta knock down the shots |
