RE: What is spinning in your CD player right now?
I was just cleaning under my kitchen sink and came across my Moby CD (Play). It was out of its case, hidden behind some Ajax. This is only significant to me because my Moby CD has been missing for at least three years now, and its always cool to find something you've been missing for a long time
Oh, how I used to love the sounds of Moby..

RE:What is spinning in your CD player right now?
Slipknot - Subliminal Verses(Dont agree with their ideals but an awesome band)
Lacuna Coil - Comalies-Incredible band. Very gifted female lead singer. They are italian and the last song on the Cd is in italian for the most part. Great cd anyone who likes evanscence these guys are better.
Saliva - every six seconds - used to be a nice band. nothing spectacular but a good band to listen too
I went to the slipknot concert at nokia live on the second. It was AWESOME Lamb of god is horrible but shadows fall was good and Slipknot was incredible.

Yeah! Caught him on the radio covering "Positively 4th Street" about 5 years ago. Severely underrated.

I don't know why I'm listening to this album. It's not really that good at all. It's got it's moments, but listening to it from start to finish alot of the songs feel out of place. I think this band is trying to please everyone. I give it thumbs down. Save your money.

You are not alone.
Their first CD is the same way... most of their songs are poorly-written.

Jim Brickman (a mix of my favorites from many of his albums) I play him at school to annoy my kids a lot since it is so not anything they would listen to. Plus, it relaxes me. The guy is amazing on the piano. Also Five for Fighting. They too do a great job with the piano.

Some crap that my girlfriend's listening to. If I had my choice, though, it would be King's X: Dogman.

RE: What is spinning in your CD player right now?
The brand new Oasis album - Don't Believe The Truth. Got given a copy last Saturday, haven't listened to anything
else since then.
Prior to that it's been:
Arcade Fire - Funeral
The Futureheads
Kaiser Chiefs - Employment
Bloc Party - Silent Alarm
The Kills - No Wow
Got a copy of the Maximo Park album on order and I'm thinking about picking up the new one
from The Decemberists - Picaresque.

what do you think about the bright eyes album? i'm torn - sometimes i really dig it, and then other times i'm wondering why i'm not changing the disc...
Feeling particularly "classic rockish" lately:
Revolver - The Beatles
Sgt. Pepper's - The Beatles
Electric Ladyland - Jimi Hendrix
Eat a Peach - Allman Brothers
The Doors - The Doors
III - Led Zeppelin
