Please tell me there's a campaign to put a scrub on the camera for the whole time... are any of the players injured and attending the game in a suit?

Trevor Ariza does...that's another plus for him. I want him on our team, big time.

It's up to his team to follow him. Anyone who's watched any of these games can plainly see that the man can't do much more than he's done.

CadBane would disagree with you while making contested clutch 3 pointers.

LeBron is FILTHY. Just watched the highlights and I still am in awe of him.
If this was Dirk in this series doing this stuff, this board would be having multiple multiple orgasms.

Wow, I just noticed Tyronn Lue plays for Orlando Magic (DNP, coach's decision...)
It's kinda crazy to think he might have a shot a non-participatory ring if Stern wasn't gunning for an epic LeBron comeback...

Anthony Johnson IMO falls into that category of guys that should NEVER be a big part of your offense along with Devean George. I wanted to kill Avery throughout the Golden State series watching Anthony Johnson, George, Greg Buckner, Stack and every other bad shooter on the team trying carry the scoring load. One thing I'm hoping for this season is a guard that can actually shoot the damn ball. Seems like Terry's the only one we've had for about 4 years now.

on that note, DJ Mbenga is averaging .5 .5 0 0 in 2.5 minutes in these playoffs and will likely go to the finals.

There is a sense among an increasing number of players and coaches, however, that officials have become too visible, too intrusive, often as large a part of the game as players and coaches. The N.B.A. officials Dick Bavetta, Joey Crawford, Danny Crawford and Steve Javie are almost as well known as the players. They have their reputations, their egos, their own styles. Most important, each has a philosophy of how the game should be officiated. As if players didn’t have enough to contend with, they have to adjust to officials from night to night.
|
Up next: NBA levies $20,000 fine against the New York Times for daring to comment on officiating.

Wouldn't doubt it if they tried. Or pulled their press credentials or something.
The problem isn't that the officials have their own styles. It's like a Bill Simmons article I read the other day said; the problem is their styles change DURING the game.
Of course, none of it would be a problem if they were just trained to call the rules like they are laid out in the rule book.

Maybe NBA referee's should have to wear a standard Wrestling mask...all wearing the same one, so that we can't tell which referee is working the games.
