I been gave up on him being consistent.
This is why some of us don't trust him come the playoffs.
I'm sure he'll have a great game once a week and make people think he's turned a corner

Can't imagine we'll have enough left in the tank to come back from this under the circumstances.

Seriously, time for Bey, Green and Terry.
Nobody else is showing they have anything left to close this out.

That trip from San Antonio back to Dallas was draining. I wish Houston would've been tired from that trip to Detroit last night.

I trust him more than Hardaway at this point.

That dude would solve several issues for the Mavs starting with consistency.
He's just flat out consistent and next to Luka and KP just imagine how much more freedom he would have to operate not being the top target.

I just want our covid guys back....playing this shorthanded for two weeks is bullshit. Also no reason to over-analyse these games. If we drop such games WITH a full roster, then its time to for complains

Based on what I've seen tonight had Boogie not been kicked out of that 1st game I think it's possible that Houston would have won that game.
He was destroying the Mavs that 1st game also

Bey is active around the basket.
Hopefully the Mavs can turn him into another Marion type.

Gordon is pretty much THJ, just older, more injury prone and more expensive than re-signing THJ.. Dude is 31 and has three more years at 20m. He also shot 31% from downtown before tonights game. Streaky...like THJ

Possibly I just don't like the defensive fit with him next Luka or any of our little midget guards that we often like to play as a tandem together.

I really don't like watching Iwundu, Terry, bey, and Hinton right now. I so wish they got some proper development.

The inconsistent THJ showed up again
4/13 and 1/6 on 3's
OH yeah and for the 2nd straight night THJ had 0 assist
I mean seriously dude played 69 minutes in these B2B games and didn't record a single assist how is that possible?

Not surprising no assists.
Looked like he had no interest at all in passing and seemed to try too hard to be the 2nd best player on the court.

Hes like a black hole once someone passes him the ball its never seen again...hes fine for a certain level of a team. But where we want to go the next 2 or 3 years. Hes not the guy. And I'm sure they know that.

The Dallas Mavericks have no excuse for that loss
It’s true the Mavericks are missing four rotation guys. It’s likely smart in a long season to rest Kristaps Porzingis with Dallas playing their fifth game in seven nights. Dallas played last night on the road. The start of this season has been unkind at times to the Dallas Mavericks, there’s no doubt about that.
But they have no excuse for their collective effort. The Houston Rockets experienced a season shifting trade recently. Against Dallas, they were missing three rotation players, two of which are arguably their best players in Victor Oladipo and Christian Wood. They’ve played five games in the last eight nights. They, too, played last night on the road.
And yet, their entire team played hard from the opening tip. Dallas, as a team, often played like a team taking a nap. It was gross to watch.
Tim Hardaway is too important to play that badly
It’s one thing for Hardaway to start the game 0-for-6, which he did, but where he crushed Dallas was everywhere else. The Rockets bullied him on the boards, he was tremendously unaware on defense, and he also couldn’t hit a shot for most of the game. He’s too valuable to be that inconsequential or ineffective.

Again, they're not "rotation guys." They're starters.
