Singleton is all over them, points, blocks, steals, you name it. I'm glad we picked him up, he is just an extremely efficient player.

Looking at the boxscores it seems that they did really well in the second quarter.

If that's the biggest complaint for him, then I am a-ok.

I really don't like the concept of the midget backcourt. I hope that is just an "experiment" because Kidd isn't playing.

I'm just now starting the second half, but I just want to say that I continue to be very pleased with what Wright is bringing.
Singleton has also been quite solid. He has more lift and explosiveness than he did in the Summer League.
And Diop has been really active.

Yeah, he had a pretty good first half. I still think Wright is much more ready to contribute, but Green has done soem good things so far.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to watch the game and the result after three quarters isn't exactly pleasing, but judging by the box score it's at least promising to see guys like Wright, Diop and Singleton step up and contribute because we will need those guys in order to have the season we want to have assuming that important players like Dirk, Kidd, and Josh will deliver their usual numbers.

You know, given their athletic gifts, it's ironic that Wright's strength is attacking the rim, and Green's strength is his jump shot.

I hope Shawne doesn't plan on making #4 his number permanently. That number will be hanging in the rafters soon.

You think so?
I dunno....if Ro Blackman's # isn't retired, I find it hard to believe they're retired Fin's.

I wouldn't be concerned about the score at all tonight. Indy clearly wanted this game a lot more. Granger played 30 minutes tonight.
Diop, Wright and Singleton were really good tonight. Diop's line is great, and 27 minutes is a lot for him.
Lot of good things tonight. Only real negatives were Jet being ice cold, and Bass fouling out.

It is more like it kills me when I don't get to watch him play. I am a Maverick fan, had other Mav players to be my favorite at one time or another (Mashburn in the early 90's), but Dirk is far and away my favorite player.
I just found it odd to not see him on the bench. What was that about? He couldn't even sit next to the other guys? Heck even Kidd sat there the whole game. Hope it isn't his knee....

I'm sure he was fine. You wouldn't have gone an entire game without hearing about it if something was wrong. Maybe he was just getting iced early or something.

Sorry, I meant Aguire. Brain fart there. The Aguire/Fin situations are somewhat similar I think.
