Refs were only interested in calling something blatantly egregious, not the close calls. Was not pass interference because no Lions player shoved Hitchens into Pettigrew.

D Line
We need to get pressure more consistently - will we be able to do that especially against Rodgers and GB? I hope so. D Lawrence with a remarkable redemption play and hoping that will springboard him into some beastly play the next few weeks. If we can generate some consistent rush we might have a chance to slow them down. I hope he's the missing ingredient we've been missing to take the D up another notch.
We've spent the last few years building a great O Line - I hope we can do the same with the D Line. Crawford and Spencer seem to be playing well. Have seemed to settle into a good linebacking corps especially with Carter and Hitchens playing so well thus far and Sean Lee hopefully coming back next year.

Isnt it striking the way most running backs versus wide receivers celebrate a touchdown. Reciver scores and finds the nearest camera to start preening. They continue even as offensive linemen get there to congratulate them. Most of the time having to wait until the receiver is ready to allow them to congratulate them.
Whereas running backs typically congratulate their offensive line as soon as possible.
Lets just say i like the running back approach quite a bit more.

Bryant should have just caught it and not reached for the inzone. Stupid.

I thought that was a horrible, horrible call. He had it the entire time until he reached out for the touchdown.

A columbian ref would be dead in an hour, but the call was not wrong.

If it had broken the end zone it would have been a touchdown, what is the difference?

I think he had it in one hand without control, then came down to the ground and the ball popped lose. Therefore they called it incomplete.

You are wrong. He had it completely under control with one hand. He gathered it, took two three steps and stretched out to the end zone under control and the ground caused him to lose it.
Absolutely eithe a horrible call or an even more horrible rule.

Does the NFL even have a rulebook, or do they just make this shit up as they go along??
Either Dez caught the ball and was down on the 1 yard line, or he bobbled the ball and recovered it for a touchdown.

I will agree that to overrule a call it should be an absolute thing.

The quickness/willingness with overruling is amazing to me. How can anyone see that replay and overturn that as a catch is beyond me.

So let me get this straight.
1. Ref calls this a catch.
2. After seeing THIS they over rule. It was OBVIOUSLY not a catch.
The nfl in this case is a joke.

Yeah. Who needs a touchdown? The reach for the "inzone" was the football move that makes it a catch.

Agreed. This trying to blame this abomination on dez is what is stupid.

Right. One of the better plays made in a Dallas uniform nullified by insanity, and the attempt at a TD is what gets called stupid.

Ouch indeed.
16 pt lead?
Allowing a fake punt for TD?
Losing THAT many points in the last 4 min?
THEN losing OT? Sheesh
