The Mavs appear to be playing scared. The Blazers are the ones playing with confidence, intensity. It just doesn't appear as if the Mavs believe.

Fin looks focused, Nash is a little out of control as usual but at least he's making shots...Dirk just looks like he could care less. He's not hustling, yes he's getting beat up but c'mon show some effort. That play where he could've made an attempt to run a ball down but instead just strolled into the paint was disgusting.

If we make them shopot 10+ feet and out we will win this game. I have never seen so many guys beat to the inside, whether it be a guard, or a post player getting good position.
As bad as Dirk's shot is... he does have 4 rebounds and a block. |

we're holding on rebounds, only down 2 after one (10-12). dirk's got 4.
we're shooting .375 (with dirk 1 for 4), they're shooting .450, and we're still only down 3. if our defense holds somehow, then the game'll turn around once our guys relax and their shots start to fall. |

We are a bad passing team, so we don´t get easy baskets. You don´t get open shots in the playoffs, maybe some fastbreaks, but then you have to play defense We can only play one on one, or two on two. Thats not enough!!
