Yep, and the Lakers tied it...
Oh well, at least they gave Big Shot Hedo enough time to maybe respond.

I'm still trying to figure out what that inbound play was supposed to be.

The Magic are going to be kicking themselves if they go on to blow this in OT.

Free Throws and Turnovers...really, Orlando doesn't really deserve the win with those two big negatives in their game tonight.

My word, Howard is channeling the spirit of Nick Anderson here.

Fish was very, very, very clutch in the 4th and OT.
I think Orlando shows some pride, but this is done when it heads back for Game 6.

Amazing...Orlando was within seconds of being up 3-1 in two games....Big time chokes...not as bad as the Mavs/Miami, but big time....I hate the thought of the Lakers winning the championship again...but there's no doubt now that they won't win...

How many times in the 4th and OT did Orlando come out of a timeout and have set plays and they BARELY get the ball in before the 5 second violation and they have a shot that really doesn't seem like it should've been what was called?
Turnovers, tons of missed free throws, not closing out on a shooter when you're up 3 with 11 seconds to go. There were just way too many mistakes. The Magic don't have the poise necessary to win a series vs a team like the Lakers in the Finals...plain and simple.

Let's be real here, L.A. got lucky on those fluke threes by Ariza and Fish in the last 2 min. But I guess a wise man once said....

I would say that's more correct for Ariza's...not for Fisher, that's just dumb defense by Nelson. He had a clean look and was in rhythm for the shot. He's had a history with making clutch 3s, so it's not that far of a stretch for him to make that shot...struggling or not.

I can't believe DJ Mbenga is going to win a ring before Dirk Nowitzki...

Wasn't there an brief stretch where Powell AND DJ were on the court at the same time?

Dwight Howard seemed entirely too non-chalant in the after game interviews. He didn't really seem that bothered by missing the fts, pointing to the other things he did well. How you can't be bothered by missing free points to help put your team down 3-1 in the finals against the Lakers is pretty beyond me. I'm not saying the guy has to carry a noose out there, but jesus show some heart and passion for the game.
There is absolutely 130% no excuse whatsoever to miss a free throw. None. Not on a 5th grade level and not in the NBA.

What's up with the missed call on Kobe...Elbow to the face, isn't there a rule that mandates at least a one game suspension?

Kobe gets away with murder, again.
If kobe pulls out a knife, and shanks someone, there is a slight chance a foul might be called against him.

Magic will be kicking themselves for a long time.
Missed layup in LA, missed ft's and turnovers in game 4. Not sure why SVG went with Nelson over Alston late in the game and OT either.
Gasol, Mbenga, and Powell will all get rings before Dirk. Not right.

How's Barkley say it? Turrible.
It'll be interesting to see what Ariza stays for because he's going to get so many offers this summer but appears determined to stay in LA.

One thing that could possibly detract the Lakers from trying to push hard on Ariza...they can simply look at their bench and realize the past summer or two have been relative mistakes on retaining their guys, that might cause some doubt.
Sasha and Walton...probably could've found cheaper help than bringing them back at the price they did.

I wonder if there will be any carry over tonight from that Pietrus foul on Gasol. This article it makes it seem like there won't be, but you never know.

I almost choked on my own saliva when Magic claimed that Pau is the 2nd best big man in the NBA.

These finals are turning out very anticlimactic. It's a shame that the Magic weren't on the good end of some luck earlier on.

What do you expect, in a building called Amway Arena? Amway is a scam.
