I was saying Dallas would finish 4th and Portland would finish 5th, and will get home court advantage against them in the 1st round, but Dallas is making me look bad. Lol. I think Dallas best chance in the 1st round is against either Houston or Portland, so probably at 6th or 7th depending if Houston finishes 2nd or 3rd is their best bet.

6-7 places give a chance to avoid GSW in the second round. Theoretically

6th place gives a good chance to have home court advantage in the second round if SAS will finish RS 7th. Theoretically

But today i see no chances to finish RS ahead of SAS

Even though we are 3.5 ahead of OKC with 11 games left, there is a very real chance that we fall to 8 and get the Warriors in the first round.

6/11 of those are playoff foes.
2 Spurs
1 Warriors
1 Rockets
1 Thunder
1 Blazers


Then there are the "losers"
Phoenix again (who we are 0-3 against)
Indiana (who we are 0-1 against).
Utah (who are beasting right now)

Did Rick really think that strategy: "Give the ball Monta and go away" our best chance? Monta's stats doesn't matter. If Rick thought like that - game over.
