It's amazing that Damp can contain Boozer and Yao but Curry is having a career night against us? What the hell is this.

Curry is extremely talented...he does this several times a year....and its not like he has 30 or anything, what does he have like 18 in the third?

Damn. Deng is killing us. He sort of reminds me of a younger Grant Hill.

I guess Dirk truly isn't the #1 option anymore. Perhaps he needs to be traded.

Hill came into the league with a much sharper skill set than Deng......but I can see a slight comparison

He only has 18 because he isn't getting more touches. Last I checked he was 7-9. No center not named Shaq should be doing this to us.

RE:Dallas @ Chicago GameDay Thread
How did that f'ing ball roll out?
Make a dang shot from time to time....you can't count on forcing the foul. Of course, as soon as I say that he's hammered with no call.
I don't know why they don't make a concerted effort to get Dirk going earlier in the game. It doesn't make any sense. It's not like he's THE most important player on the team...especially offensively.
I'm through with Nellie. He's an f'ing moron. Post Dirk up from time to time. The Bulls have shown that they can't guard him without falling.
That being said, Dirk needs to hit a shot from time to time. Damn, make something.

Dirk is shooting horribly. But I don't understand why Nelson doesn't post Dirk up at least some.

Dirk seems to really be off-balance a lot tonight. Even that last 3 which was wide open he seemed to be off-balance...

RE:Dallas @ Chicago GameDay Thread
My prediction: Next game, the Cowboys are going to throw the ball 30 times in the first half and run the ball 2 times. Why go with your best offensive option? It's overrated. Surely that offensive option will be there when it's needed most. There's no reason to get it going early. That's so overrated.

RE:Dallas @ Chicago GameDay Thread
Can we fire Nellie for Dirk missing shots also? Goodness. It seems like the only reason we want to fire Nellie all relates to Dirk. Blame Finley for Dirk getting less shots. He's just taking jumpers he feels he can hit. That isn't Nellie's fault.

just curious..why has Fin assumed the role of shooting the technical free throws? Wouldn't you go with the better FT shooter?

the way this team is managed or should I say "mismanaged" IS Nellie's fault....for that I'd fire him....its nothing personal, I think he is one of the most entertaining personalities in the entire league

Who's blaming Fin? I've long blamed Nellie for the offensive unit not having the ability to get the ball to the hot man or the go to guy. It's nothing new. I've been rather consistent with this the past several years.

I'm saying when it comes to the offensive end you should blame Finley rather than Nellie for Dirk not getting enough shots. Nellie doesn't just make a list of who should get this amount of shots a game. Dirk would get more shots if Finley wasn't on the court is all i'm saying.

They must be going back and forth somewhat. I could have sworn that finley was shooting better earlier. But I couldn't see it in the stats I must admit.
