That may be it for T-Ham today. I've got my fingers crossed. This game should be an F'in blowout.

The funny thing is that up until today, holding on to the ball was one of his strengths.

Patrick Ramsey is doing a great job holding on to the ball considering how much he's getting hit.
Spurier is a failed bit as a pro coach.

it tells you alot about the cowboys pass rush..all 4 sacks have been by safeties or linebackers..
but, it works

RE:Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
ugh...well, not sure what to say on that play...i'm thinking that galloway was looking back to see if carter was in trouble and see if he needed to come back to help him out...
or..maybe he was looking to slow up a bit to allow a carter pass to catch up to him.
but carter unloaded a bomb

RE:Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
well...good thing that pass was dropped
...for that one, quincy can be thankful...would have netted a couple of yards and the boys would have the clock running
and what in the living hell was that? a freaking run up the middle?

That and one of the ugliest as well. What a shootout? Except both teams are intent on shooting themselves in the foot.

RE:Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
perhaps the cowboys should just kneel down every play offensively in the second half..let the defense do all the work

with all the drops quincy has had, i dont see how u can say he looked horrible. even the announcers said if he gets something out of the recievers the game would be a blowout by now

I would say that Quincy hasn't looked good, but certainly not horrible.
The recievers look like their have vasoline on their hands.
Hambrick has looked terrible. Sorry committing 2 fumbles by a running back is horrible.
The line has mostly looked pretty good, great if you consider the injury situation.

lrb, you say alot of things that make no sense...so, this isn't any different
yes, the receivers have looked horrible..but how many times has carter thrown the ball right into the hands of defensive backs?

Well he has "throwed" it right into the hands of the Redskins and they aren't catching it either.

RE:Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
Qcar, i understand that receivers have dropped passes and there have been penalties
but, you have to look at from both views...if he has a TD pass and 250-300 yards passing (assuming all the dropped passes are caught) PLUS the three to four picks that he could have...well, that's not a good day...not a good day at all

RE: Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
if we are assuming things, how about assume we score off of moving the chains off of some of these dropped passes? look noone said he has looked perfect, great, or even good but he has definitely not looked horrible

No, he is trying to create things. You can't blame him after the way this game started. It has gotten him into trouble.

RE: Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
and which is more likely, linebackers/corners/defensive players dropping INTs or your recievers dropping them? you expect your recievers to catch the ball, and thats the bottomline. the defensive players arent there to catch balls, they are out there to stop the offense from catching it. quincy has put the ball right into the hands of some of the recievers and they have dropped quite a few

RE:Cowboys/Redskins Game Day thread...
sure, qcar..you can assume all you want. that's exactly what i was doing for QCar saying he'd have 250-300 yards..but he'd also have 3-4 interceptions.
he's starting to look a little better..making some smarter plays..hopefully the cowboys can pull away
