Wouldn't mind Pryzbilla. Hamed Haddadi? or is he still in iran? He is 1 dimensional but at least he can rebound.

I saw Haddadi in an Asian tournament this summer. He was the leading scorer of the tournament and was unstoppable. Not sure what that means though, because the teams he was facing where from Korea, Japan, and Taiwan etc.

Idk if the Hornets will keep Kamen....maybe they try to get rid of him...and maybe somehow he can land in Dallas.
Unless they decide to playe Kamen @ C and Okafor @ PF

Hornets signed Landry, so they have pretty much a rotation
Landry/Okafor
Okafor/Kaman
My guess is that they will trade him to a desperate team without center (Spurs/Rockets/Celtics) for another expirings + talent or 2012 1st. We cant match his salary, just if we trade one of Kidd/Terry/Marion/Haywood/Odom...no thanks...

Sidenote: J-Ho to Utah.
Would be hilarious to see him do his thing in a party town like Salt Lake City.

Because Damp sucks bawls. Great guy but he is too damn old and slow to have such bad hands. Just stick it out with Mahinmi, he's a better option.

Agreed, Damp's time on this team is over.

Expert analysis here. Statistically and qualitatively Damp is best back up center in the league.

uh no, maybe he would have been a couple years ago. FWIW Wojo said he wouldn't be surprised if Sean Williams signs here, good shot blocker, ok rebounder, really limited offensive game, a big reason for his falling out with the Nets was his attitude and off the court issues which have apparently been fixed.

Sean Williams seems opportunistic on offense and a great shot blocker. Not sure he brings footwork on defense however. But he has played with Kidd before.

He's got some upside.

Remember, there arent many "true" center in the league and for the half dozen of them we got Haywood. For rest rest (and backing him up) its okay to go with the 6-9/6-10 PF type....

Did not see the Sean Williams link. Good move given the Liebermann buy-in and having JKidd and VC on the roster.
Also like that the person he lost the DL DPOY award to won playoff minutes last year.
As for the last spot (assuming it goes SF), mark me down for Keith Bogan or Julian Wright.

I like that signing. 6'10" athletic freaks do not grown on trees. If he can control his attitude, the Mavs may have found a really intriguing defensive player. He can catch alley oops around the rim. And he can block shots. G

I think our real legit chances at repeating left with Chandler...although I don't think they went with him to N.Y. I do not believe in Haywood and I don't know how anyone really could, I'd love to but I wouldn't even be surprised if Mahinmi gets more of his minutes as we go along because of the quickness he brings. I understand that there may not be a ton of "true centers" blah blah blah, but we have lost a huuge factor in altering shots at the rim and a gritty intimidating presence on the defensive end. I get that it may have been best in the long run to move Chandler on, but at some point everyone has to pay for what they've done, and sometimes it comes sooner than later.

I really like Bogans for the last roster spot. Dunno if he will play for the minimum, but he seems to be the perfect fit.

Obviously Haywood isn't as big of a p*ssy as you are.

True - maybe SMC0007 can body-up on Aldridge and Bynum better than Chandler can, but until he proves it, Haywood is still the only person who's done it...

Haywood did a good job of fouling Aldridge and giving him easy points

That doesn't make sense..and if you honestly think Haywood is the answer to Aldridge, I smile.
