And a way to transport it to Flaco.

My wife has never seen Shawshank. She has also never seen a Terminator movie, never saw a James Bond movie until I made her see one, and to this day hasn't ever watched Christmas Vacation. Every Christmas I try to get her to watch it but since she has avoided it this long I think it's fun for her to keep on avoiding it.
She never saw Fast Times, Smokey and the Bandit (although she has seen the first one now, I bought a DVD set that had all the movies and she watched the first one), countless others.
She grew up watching musicals (vomit). Her favorite movie, even to this day, is Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Whatever, I loved Star Trek IV. It was hilarious and mean't to be a comedy. Scottie trying to talk to the 1980s computer was priceless.

I haven't, and I'm torn as to whether or not I want to watch the movie with a clean slate...

I thought Terminator Salvation was a solid movie. Sam Worthington stole the show. Maybe because he his character had the best role, but he pure shined in this movie.

I am embarrassed to say that every time I see a commercial for that movie "The Hangover" I laugh a little. That looks like it might be a good one. It could also be one of those movies that puts all 12 of it's jokes in the trailer and that's it.

This is from the creators of Old School, which I enjoyed quite a bit. I trust them not to let me down!
I'm looking forward to watching "Up!" this weekend.

Up. Maybe the best animated movie ever. It's that good.

I watched Drag Me To Hell. Very entertaining. It had a different feel to it, due to the whole Brujeria type of scare, along with some gross out comedy. Overall, not bad at all.
Up was awesome, like Nash said. That's all I'm gonna say, if you haven't yet, go watch it.

Terminator Salvation really fun. Maybe should be a 3d one, there was so much stuff coming at you.
Star Wars was also just as good but in a different more intellectual way.
Just watched
- Slumdog Millionaire : Okay...Maybe a B+....
- The Reader : A good stuff. A
- Watched new Night at the Museum..Again lots of silly fun.
- Saw the Wrestler....also good stuff. Interesting how the dude was in a screwed up job, but he worked his rear end off to stay there. I was impressed with how hard he worked to stay in the job...must be quite a rush...that performing.
Watched the recent Nicolas Cage Movie...Knowing. Kinda hokey ending, but interesting and I liked it also. Nice DVD or dollar movie rental.

So I just got home from seeing The Hangover...HILARIOUS!
It's just a consistent wave of humor with big laugh moments. It's definitely raunchy too...but it is definitely worth seeing if you want a major laugh.

The Hangover is the funniest movie i've seen in quite some time.
Land of the Lost. Not as bad as i thought it would've been. Still not great. C+

Pan's Labyrinth - saw it on cable last night. I had never heard of it, but somehow it immediately drew me in. I thought it was a very memorable and beautiful movie. The writing, the characters and the story telling were all strong, to quite strong. The ending was predictable, but it didn't matter - I enjoyed it thoroughly. The Captain was a great villain, and for some reason I really wish he had been played by Ciarán Hinds.
These extremely generic movie reviews have been brought to you by me, mary.

I watched Pan's Labyrinth last night. I both loved it and hated it (it made me squirm) the villain was PERFECT in my opinion, I honestly don't think anyone could've done better.

Taking of Pelham 1 2 3. If you ever see it, it'll remind you of a 90s action movie, in a good way. The funny part was with the exception of 1 cop, nobody seemed to take the situation in the movie seriously. For most of you, it's something you'd probably want to rent.

Watched that, it was very cool. Funny part was when they showed the Helicopter giving the car carrying the money cover, I turned to a friend of mine and went "Why didn't they deliver the money in that chopper?"
The next line of the movie was by the Mayor, who said: "Why didn't they deliver the money by helicopter?"
I don't know Mr. Mayor, I don't know..........
The Hangover was VERY funny. I felt it could have done more, but very solid either way.

Everybody that went with me thought it was great. I thought it was a better comedy than action movie. The only good action scene was the end. The plot was pretty much the same as the 1st movie, except they're looking for another object. There are too many cheesy lines in Michael Bay movies. All that said, not only was that better than the 1st movie, i would want to see that again because there are so many good one-liners and jokes, and as long as they keep Megan Fox, i'll come back.

Transformers is what it is. You either love it or hate it. I thought the 2nd movie started out better than it ended. Still, it delivers on the Transformers part. That is what counts.
GI Joe looks terrible, btw.

Devin, Seeing Sienna Miller/Rachael Nicols in leather pants for 2hrs is more than enough. Most people thought the 1st Transformers was going to suck. Something i'm starting to learn is you can't always just a movie by it's trailers anymore (Spider-Man 3, 300, Sweeney Todd).

Yeah but from the previews GI Joe doesn't even slightly resemble the cartoon. Plus, I admit I'm biased and can't stand Steven Summers. Van Helsing is easily one of the worst movies ever made.

I'm not really blown away by trailers anymore. I mean, based on previews alone, Gran Torino looked like an average movie. And Michael Bay doesn't have the best track record, and he's done to decent movies, although Spielberg i think had a large part to do with it as well. I guess what i'm trying to say is i'm willing to give G.I. Joe a shot.
