I don't want to see T New play a minute in the next game. He's got one injury too many, and we need that guy healthy.

if this was a playoff game, Steve Smith would still be playing. That's how good he is.

One of the rare Tank great plays, and he ruins it with a helmet to helmet penalty

DMN blog says this is the first game all year the Cowboys have a running back get 20 carries. I think they said we were the last team to do so. Good on you, Barber!

Marshall Faulk just said that TO will miss 2-3 weeks, maybe even 4. Bad news.
knowing TO's freakish recovering abilities, it will be 1 week.

Well our first playoff game won't be for 3 weeks so I guess this is okay news. Hopefully, Glenn is ready in case TO can't play in our first playoff game. No way TO misses that the Conference championship game though.

I just hope the absence of TO next week won't make us go to Lambeau in the playoffs....

Honestly, there's no reason we shouldn't beat Washington regardless. I want blood. I want that 14th win.

I hope so Chum. I really do. The last time Dallas played Washington, TO gave us four touchdowns so his absence will definitely hurt.

He kinda went off on the media about the stories they wrote this week. Talked about their integrity and such. He was just very, very assertive. Much moreso than he has been before.
That said, I thought he kinda sidestepped the question he got about whether he and TO are "okay." He just kinda answered with something about how he doesn't listen to that stuff from the media. Not very convincing.
It was just more emotion laid bare than you normally get in one of these pressers. Interesting stuff.

I think at this point we'd probably be better off sitting Newman and playing a healthy Jacque Reeves. Newman didn't look good out there today. I think there's more benefit in the long run sitting him 3 weeks than there is to play him against the Redskins.
I hate to hear that news about TO. I believe we'll see Glenn in that Redskins game if not anything more than minimal minutes. Is he really out 4 weeks? I don't see how we don't see him 1st game into the post season. TO is too much of a warrior to miss any game in the post season. Keith Davis looked good out there today.
That call on Tank was bogus. Helmet to helmet? Moore ducked his damn helmet. Is Tank suppose to dodge him? That was Chicago Bears Tank right there and it gets called back actually it doesn't even get called back because the Panthers didn't gain any yards on it which was wierd.
