Roddy will get his chance... just not right now while we are trying to win a championship with players that are almost past their prime. We don't have time to waste on teaching the future.
Roddy will make that leap this summer and you'll see he will get way more minutes.

I think JJ saw what Roddy did....Why else would he come out and get two immediate assists! That's not the Barea we know!

The zone always seems like it's an adventure. They look helter skelter at times and they look like they're not sure if they're supposed to stay in it or go back to man...but hey, whatever works.

I only hope Carlisle wakes up soon. I mean, I don't hate JJ, but Roddy has been playing well in the minutes he has been given. He makes mistakes, he has turnovers, but that's expected. He's a rookie. How can he gain confidence if he isn't even given consistent minutes? He plays well and then all of a sudden he doesn't play the next 3 games?? It's frustrating for us fans. Can you imagine how frustrated Roddy must be?

Hollins thinks he's tough ... looking up from the ground after getting knocked down every other play.

Just take Dirk out of the game until he's needed(which he probably won't be).

RC needs to put in some defenders.

JJ w/ his ugly jumpshot. What does he do so well that it warrants him getting so many minutes?

Not a bad half, but the rotation seems a little too hectic for the players to get comfortable.

Dirk's jumper isn't smooth so far tonight.
Since Roddy isn't going to play the next few games, have him play the entire second half.

It was pretty the first 20 games of the season or so. JJ was money then. Since then...not so much.

Barea with a nice bag of nothing. Thank goodness Beaubois once again proves the haters he is ready to be the backup to Kidd. And Butler, Najera, and Terry decided to show up as well.

I can't remember who said it but I could see the argument of what Butler would do with the jumper struggling earlier but he's a different player than Josh. The numbers might totally suggest it but I would say Caron is the better shooter, he's definitely the smarter shooter of the two. He finds a way to make things work out for him, attack the basket or just tweak the shot...it's not just step away and shoot and hope for the best.
