I think Phoenix and Portland just based off the bubble should have been in the playoffs

I'm absolutely shocked at the defensive turnaround by the Suns and Monty Williams has instilled great discipline into that team.

Portland is just clutch

Yes they have has some breaks but that team is scary because of Lilliard if they get you in a close game late.
