Man, if Foye or Butler could hit anything right now it would be a blowout even with Kobe's 40.

Paul strained hamstring. Probably will be fine but might affect the Dallas game (4 days away).

Clippers looking awfully formidable at the moment. I think I'm more worried about them than either OKC or the Lakers in the West. I take solace in the fact that the Mavericks employ a guy by the name of Dirk, though.

The Clippers had 2 days off and this is a back to back for the lakers i believe. Not sure there really is 1 team in the west i am scared of.

Lakers have no scoring punch off the bench. That will most likely affect them this short and arduous season.

Well Chris Paul has given us fits. The teams with the solid points are clippers, spurs... We have had some issues with that. Trix can play any and all threes. And we do have a better defender on points with delonte.

It'll be interesting for sure.

The clippers bench is terrible too, Mo is ok but Foye is one of those bad shooters that shoot, Gomes and Cook are garbage.

The poor benches of Portland, both la teams should hurt them.

Magic continuing to play pretty damn well. Good for the Mavs.

How about a little love for Ryan Anderson?

30 points with 7 threes today.

17/7/1 on 45/43/89 shooting (before today).

He's definitely got some Dirk in him (good three point shooter, rebounder, and solid post game).

Yeah, he probably should have started last year. Like you said, he's been good pretty much since College. I really like his game, and he's a perfect fit next to D12.

Is he the Magic's second-best player at this point? He's their second-leading scorer, and I'd have a hard time saying Hedo is better.

I'd say he is, and rather easily at that.

Dude leads the NBA in 3s made and is top 10 in PER.

Utah's top 12 in all three key categories

Offensive effeciency: 12th
Defensive effeciency: 10th
Rebound rate:11th
Also they are 5th in turnover ratio

Milsap will regress with his effeciency (hoopsdata shows career highs for him at the rim, 3-9 feet, and 16-23 feet at 51% there) but other than that they seem to have a couple players that can improve (Harris, Kantar, and Burks in particular) I bet Burks will steal Bell's starting job soon.

It's amazing how fast Jameer fell off. He was an all star one year with Dwight.

Tyson had 9 points and 17 boards tonight, but the Knicks lost again.

6-8 for that Knicks squad. Chandler is filling the stat sheet but that team is not playing good ball right now.

Not really. He's up 6 MPG this year, yet his RPG are only up 0.1. Considering the Knicks are the 2nd worst rebounding team in the NBA, that's not filling it up.

His DRB% is his lowest since his rookie year. His TRB% is his lowest since his 2nd year in the NBA.

Tyson has a whopping -18.7 +/- this year.

Defensively, the Knicks are actually better with him on the bench.

They give up 104.3 PP100 with him on the court, and only 98.5 with him on the bench.
