ugh...brendon at the line is an ugly thing. That one fact will get your rear end on the bench boy.

I have to admit that I busted out laughing when the Kings announcer said that he had a chance to tie it at the line.

Queens wont hit the century mark. They are just that bad after a 37-point 1st quarter.

Not to get ahead but Haywood > Chandler last night and Haywood = Chandler tonight.. works kind of nice. If Chandler is bringing it, he is on another level but if he is in trouble, Haywood gets more minutes and Haywood responds to more minutes so it about evens out.

I'm glad we got it back to a one point game after that atrocious first quarter. Time to lock it up boys!

No way one of the teams keep shooting above 50% coming out of the locker room. But one team will have a huge dip in FG%.....I'm talking about the Kings

Damn is that sad or what..It's like a turnover when you throw it down there to him...it really has to screw with your mind if you are trying to make the right basketball play.

Just got home. What's the best link for the game?
Also, what was up with the 37 points in the 1st? Just hot shooting by the Kings (Evans does have two treys, so that makes me thing there was at least some fluke to it) or has the defense sucked?

There were a couple defensive breakdowns and silly fouls, but there was a stretch where they hit like 12 consecutive shots, mostly settling for long jumpers.

This is one of those games to remind us why we need Dirk and want Roddy back as soon as possible. Guys like Jet, Caron, Marion and Kidd can be so off sometimes that you have no idea who could score other than Dirk. Hopefully, Roddy can lead us to being less dependent on single players.
Being on the 2nd night of a B2B against a crappy team after a great win is always difficult, especially mentally. That said, I don’t think (and hope) that the 1st quarter has a lot do with fatigue since the Kings are on the 2nd night of a B2B as well. On top of that, most of our players don’t average heavy minutes anyway. Butler, Chandler, Marion, JJB, Stevenson and Haywood all play less than 30 minutes a game, Kidd and Jet are in the low 30s. We shouldn’t be too tired. It just seems to be a throwback to last season when we would let bad teams constantly have a great time against us due to a lack of effort and/or mental fatigue.
Still, I’m pretty sure we’re going to win this.

Haywood's free throw shooting is baffling. He should just shoot them underhanded. He might get laughed it but his hitch in his shot is fugly.

Cousins was killing us. Things started to settle before he went out but when he went out, the Mavs sealed it. Need to clamp him down in the 2nd half and this should be a good wrap.

That's what I was hoping/expecting. Still, though, this is like our 7th game in 10 days or something crazy like that, so blaming fatigue is a viable excuse for these guys if they do seem a little slow tonight.

Kings got their rear ends whooped so bad last night that I expected them to come out with a lot of energy...If they can sustain that we could be in trouble...

He's not great historically (61% career) but it's been mental this year. Not sure going underhand would fix what's really wrong.
