The 10 is for rebounds! You can't deny the awesomeness of the triple double. It's in the record books!!!

Unfortunately, I think the Heat are starting to figure it out. That 3rd quarter against the Warriors was scary.

That was a sweet stat line. Not often you see turnovers make it into the triple-double.

Wow, eleven turnovers and this guy is in the same conversation as Dirk for best PF in the league?

Well they beat the Jazz by 13 a few games ago on the road. Everyone around here was pretty happy when the Mavs did something similar a few weeks ago. Despite the Hawks' tendency to lose against really good teams, they are still 6 games above .500 and also suffered a double digit loss to the Heat.
More importantly, they finally look like they have a little chemistry on offense. Instead of having Lebron and Wade take turns driving into a crowd while the other watched, there is actually some ball movement now and players are finding each other for easy buckets. Like it or not, this is a different team now.

Yeah, Miami beat the Hawks once and split wins with both Utah & Orlando.
The rest of their wins came against Philly (twice), New Jersey (twice), Minny, Toronto, Phoenix, Charlotte, Washington, Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee and Golden State.
Color me unimpressed.

It's not where you start here, it's where you finish. This is especially the case with a team like Dwyane Wade's Miami Heat where the roster was thrown together in one offseason. It was going to take a little bit for everyone to mesh together, but you're finally starting to see it happen on the court. They are second in the league in Def Rtg and fourth in Off Rtg. They currently have the second best record in the Eastern Conference, and that's after a terrible start.
Dismiss them at your own peril.

Xavier Henry isn't a normal rookie though, Mayo was struggling with his shot early and they benched him stupid imho. If we didn't have so many options at the 2 id love to have him here, someone will get a good player at the deadline. BTW Portland got a really good looking young player in Mathews, Utah shouldn't have let him go

Chris Paul scored 25 points on 12 shots. The rest of the team scored 45 points on 67 shots. That trade request should be coming any day now.

I must just be in a bad mood, but the Twitter world getting all worked up about the clock allegedly running a few ticks too long instantly began grating on me.
And get back to me when the Knicks actually beat somebody. Seriously, have they only beaten like three teams with winning records this season? And their most recent "quality" win was in a 129-125 wankfest against the Nuggets.

Paul 22 points on 11 shots
Rest of team: 72 points on 67 shots
NO will be a seller at the deadline, maybe Paul could be pried away...

I would be extremely surprised to see CP3 traded before or at the deadline unless the Hornets have been sold by the NBA. Because that franchise is absolutely worthless without him there.
That said, if we could talk the Hornets into a deal that lands us Paul, I'd be willing to take Okafor's awful contract too... particularly if we could unload Haywood.

Gary Neal just got raped by JR Smith's dunk.
Yes, that was a pun.
